Well, let's see Saturday left messages on a vehicle. I got a message from a salesman. I could not understand what he said in that message so I tried back again today I made a mistake. I had this salesman came off pretty good and then it started with the pressure. I have even test drove the vehicle. They want all information for trade-in and everything. No, then he did it twice. I had to tell him to stop. I was gonna eat dinner with my family then I noticed I get another message again. Another salesman calling me. I specifically told him my name and how I would like to be addressed Well they couldn't figure out how to pronounce my name. They couldn't figure out really how to do anything except try to pressure me into a sale no thank you I bought a truck from Ford bluebonnet I had no problems but with the Jeep dealership totally different. I do not like to be pressured into anything But if you cannot even get my name right then I think I'm in the wrong place. No thank you I will definitely go to another dealer. Service is poor. We have purchased 3 new cars from this dealership. That experience was great all three times. However, after the sale, all customer service and loyalty falls off. The service department just doesn't care. Appointments are difficult to get. Loaners are never available - even for warranty work. They do nothing beyond their one solution to help you. Even simple fixes aren't performed in a timely, helpful or friendly/professional manner. We have proven ourselves to be very good customers. But... This place is SHADY! We inquired about a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 25 miles on it listed as USED. A salesman called me after my internet inquiry and told me that it was damaged in transit on the trailer to a dealership in Florida, so it had to be titled in order to repair it. The only repair it needed was the rear hitch handle, so this salesman (I think his name was Mike) said he had "no idea" why nobody wanted this car, like everyone was scared of it for no reason.. Okay, fine. He said it was never actually owned or driven beyond dealerships, and that it was sold at auction in Florida and purchased by Blue Bonnet in April 2021. It has been sitting since. We arrived to test drive it. There were 175 miles on it and we were immediately slapped with a disclosure with almost $4,000 in damages that the car previously had that if purchased, they were not responsible for. The car was being sold as new, and the warranty began January 2020, so already 7 months of warranty out of the 3 years used up. We figured we could talk them down on price, since the car was priced as a new car, but previously damaged AND already titled. Nope. They wouldn't budge. They only took $600 off the price of the Jeep, so we left. It's been over a month and I've gotten email updates on this car saying the price has been lowered multiple times by over $1,000 at this point. STAY AWAY from these con artists. Now only were they dishonest to us with the damage this Jeep had prior to our arrival, but they were absolutely ridiculous in trying to sell a damaged, used Jeep as a brand new one and unwilling to negotiate price. They try to come off as your small town, cowboy buddies but they are just like all the other salesguys trying to pull a fast one on you. No wonder they have a lot full of cars they can't sell and people walking out without purchasing anything. Keep looking elsewhere! read more

I brought my JL in with paint rust/corrosion issues on numerous areas of my vehicle. The service dept. took pictures and said they had to send them off to be evaluated for verify warranty covered the issues. They said it will take 2 weeks to get back with an update. After waiting over a month, and making several calls/ leaving numerous messages to try and get a status update I was told, "We don't deal with paint issues here, I don't know why they took pictures and told you that. You'll have to take it to another store to be evaluated". So I waited 1 month and 7 days for nothing absolutely nothing. What were the pictures taken for, And why was I told it was being sent in for evaluation if they don't do that? Not a happy customer read more

I recently began to experience starting challenges with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's a 2018 and still had the original battery. I went somewhere else and they told me that didn't have the proper SIM card to back up the data from the computer prior to swapping it the battery. Frustrated I called Bluebonnet Jeep on the way home. As it was almost 6 pm I left a message for the service department. However, as I was driving by, I just stopped to see if I could make an appointment for later in the week. I ran into Phil (Service Advisor) while I was walking by the bays. Phil could have probably told me to make an appointment etc, but instead, took me to parts and found a maint tech who, though he was off the clock and on the way home, said he would do the install. Twenty minutes later I was out the door and on the way home. I was very pleasantly surprised by the level customer care and the willingness to assist. Awesome! Made my evening. read more

This was my best car buying experience ever!. I found a 2017 Deserthawk Renegade on their website. I called Jeff the salesmen to ask him some questions and he was so genuine. I liked him but I decided to go with another dealership closer to me as they were telling me that the car would be 2k cheaper with them. As you can guess that was not the case. That horrible dealership (North Star Dodge) has its own terrible review if you are interested its posted. Right now lets continue with Bluebonnet. I was so beaten down by the four days of craziness that I called Jeff without expecting much. I went up to Bluebonnet and braced myself for the random price hikes, switches of car color and trim, lies and lies. None of that ever came. When I got to Bluebonnet Jeff had my car of interest parked in the front waiting for test drive. He also had paperwork with pricing laid out that actually matched their website. Once deciding on the car he had it cleaned and had me with key in hand leaving within 2.5 hours. I was impressed with the timing of the sale, the cozy laid back atmosphere, the employees working so well together, the auto care packages at really reasonable prices. I was also impressed with the effort they made toward making the buyer feel like they were truly being welcomed as not just a member of the Jeep family but a member of the Bluebonnet family. Where do I even start! Their service department is terrible!! Here is what we text to the dealership, and thought it would make a splendid review. What is the point of a text service for customers to use if we don't get any replies? I have been waiting on a jeep emblem replacement for over a month now and we still have yet to hear from John. I call, but no one answers and all I get is a vm. We are very disappointed, and will take our current and all future Jeep needs to another dealership that is 20 min further than y'all. If anyone even reads these texts, maybe you can help other customers avoid the frustration we feel with improved customer service. We will never deal with your dealership again! I bought my jeep back in July when i picked it up it had finger prints on the inside of the windows and The salesman very brifly went over the vehicle was more worried about trying to connecting my phone to the truck than showing me where the Essentials were like jack and how to remove the spare tire. Now I don't drive my truck that much took it in for the first oil change at 5000 and let the device department know that my truck had a rattle witch was the wheel covers that were installed befor I bought the jeep gladiator and when they removed them the rims were damages from them not being installed correctly missing foam pieces what I was told now getting the runaround on get them replaced first they tried to replace them with general rims witch mine has the logos on them still no word from them read more

I have bought over 10 new vehicles in my life. My recent experience from this dealership was by far THE WORST!! They need to get into the 21st century! I ordered my vehicle on-line expecting to drive in and roll out after papers were signed. NOT THE CASE! they were not ready and the vehicle was dirty. It had caked on bird crap on it. The sales guy was slow as mud and kept us waiting for hours! The manager was even worse! In the end after 5 freaking hours of being there we had to pressure them to get us into the finance department! Who I might add was a super nice guy yet was the only guy there!
