    Wow is all I can say, $1,809.00 to hookup and charge a AC split system and I had all the equipment…read moremounted, power ran, etc... even was going to use my R410 freon. Amazon sells the kit to install the unit for 110.00, includes 16' of copper lines pre-cut ends, drain tubing, and remote wire. System was pre filled with oil. All that had to be done was hook up the lines (not even sweater or soldered) screw on, pull a vacuum, and put in 4-5 pounds freon that I already had, 2 hours tops. Total cost to have another company install was less than $500.00, far cry from the $1,809.00 quoted. I get it he needs to make money but not a killing. I would definitely call around as this guy is crazy wanting these prices. He still refuses to itemize what he was going to charge for parts and labor. A 30 Pound cylinder of Freon is only $480.00 and it used maybe 5 pounds max. Copper line and fittings 120.00 max. Even a mileage charge from Floresville to Kenedy is only a 27 mile drive. Guess his rate is $700.00 per hour????? Think the oil wells I have may have been a factor in this estimate, don't know but an over charge of $1,409.00 for a simple hookup and charge? You be the judge folks. He may want to rethink that so called flat rate charge. RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK -------------------------------- Experience, quality of work, etc...???? You're just upset you got caught trying to stick it to someone, at no time previous did this man EVER mention flat rate as I have all the text messages. A kit from Amazon is no different than the same kit you was going to order. Even if it was a flat rate, there is zero way to justify $1,809.00 for something that only had 200.00 in parts, little to no labor, tighten 4 lines, vacuum, add Freon, 2 hours tops. Break down the cost here for all to see if you don't have anything to hide??? My Freon, unit was already setup, all you had to do was bring the Amazon kit that had the replacement lines and hook-up, vacuum, charge, one of the 2 hours would had been sitting around waiting for the vacuum pump to pull the line down. There is no way to justify this rate sir, admit it you finally got caught trying to make a killing sticking it to someone and not just trying to make a living honestly. Folks I am telling you to look around and don't trust the quotes from this company. In the end it is your money, does not cost much of anything to call around. I did and saved me $1,400.00, how much is your time worth???

I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!

Ok, $3 a piece, for PS4 games that were only played once. I was like wow, that's pretty low, can you give me like $5 a piece? No, the manager says $3. Ok well can I speak to the manager? Sure. So this lady comes out, I'm very polite, I ask, can I get $5? Oh no. Well, what I have will only total $21, can I at least get $25? Oh no, there are new systems that are coming out and we only give $3! Wtf?? There are new systems coming out? Wow! I said, there aren't any new systems coming out, there's the Xbox one and the PlayStation. She says, well these won't play on the PS3! Wtf? No shit!! This is the older system, you said a newer system was coming, I don't see anything about a PS5 coming out. So she got mad and said, well we only give $3 and blah, blah, blah. I said, fine, fine. I should have just grabbed my shit and left. If you are a "manager" and you want to try and pretend like you know what you're talking about, that fine. But when a customer comes in and knows more than you do about a product and you get rude, I'm sorry, you shouldn't be in this business. Especially being a jerk over $4. Never again.

    I want to leave a fair and honest review because not every part of this experience was bad, but…read moreoverall it was extremely frustrating and stressful. The biggest issue was communication and customer service from A Appliances themselves. The installation process took about a week because of multiple delays, wrong parts, last-minute rescheduling, and poor coordination. The washer also did not work properly immediately after installation due to an installation issue involving the water valve/setup. Thankfully, the technicians later corrected the problem and the unit is now functioning properly. To be fair, the third-party installers eventually became very cooperative and professional once we were all able to calmly communicate and troubleshoot the issue together. I appreciated their understanding and calm communication throughout the process. However, my interactions with A Appliances over the phone were a completely different experience. The communication was unnecessarily confrontational and rude, even while I was actively trying to resolve payment and get everything handled professionally. At one point, while the appliance was still not functioning correctly and before the installation issues had been resolved, I was repeatedly pressured for payment and was told that the warranty could be revoked if payment was not made immediately. That was extremely concerning considering the washer was not even operating properly yet. There was also confusion regarding my previous stackable unit, which was initially left blocking the driveway instead of being placed properly in the garage as discussed beforehand. In the end, the appliance is working and the situation was eventually resolved, which is why I'm not leaving a 1-star review. But the overall process, communication, and customer service experience with the company itself definitely need improvement.

    This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life…read more To start off with. The "technician" Matthew did not have my correct address the morning of our appointment. He stated his company "does not allow them to have the customer's address and gives them just gps coordinates" He was late about 3 hours. He shows up in his personal vehicle , no company vehicle. He does not carry any parts on his truck. So he came to my house just to guess on what part was not working and ordered something off of Amazon. No diagnostic tools , no F codes , just mumbo gumbo about how he has so much experience on washers and it could be two things. My drain pump or my lid lock sensor. I had mentioned to him earlier that , I had checked the drain pump for a clog and it was clear. He misheard me or thought I said I replaced it. I didn't replace it. I just checked if it was clogged. He tells us , he'll order the lid sensor and will come back the next day. The next day , I text him. Hey what's your eta? No answer. No text. Just silence. I call the company. Calls me back and tells me the part is not here yet and he'll be there later in the afternoon. I told him just to come by the next morning. Strange an appliance repair company doesn't carry parts. They order them on Amazon. Wow, okay. This morning. Comes to my house , switches the lid lock sensor. Realizes its not the lid lock sensor and tells my wife, " Hey bro , I think its the drain pump so I'll have to come back another day , so I'll have to charge you another trip charge and if its not the drain pump , it might be the control board" Wife says he called her bro like 7-8 times while explaining the extra charges. She texts me to call him. I called him to question why we are getting charged again if I already had a quote on the repair. Seems like charging me for extra trips to get Amazon parts is not a smart business decision. I asked him why did he not check if it was the drain pump first. He said he didn't because I had already replaced it once. I never said that. I checked if it was clogged. I told him just to leave. We'll sort if out with a real appliance repair company. He then tells me he is sick of f**king people like me and that this always happens to him. Then hangs up. Then he proceeds to text me 14 times on how much he was saving us with prices of different drain pumps and that he is exhausted from difficult customers. What a nut job. What a terrible company. The way he speaks about his superiors and the company itself should be a sign of what inept people hired him in the first place. Cussing to customers and complaining to them is such a red flag. Please save yourself some trouble and go with a reputable appliance repair. Hope this review helps you.
