All Appliance Parts responded to my request for a service quote within an hour, and to my delighted surprise they were able to send someone to our house on the same day. Mike was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about fixing our dryer. Initially, we only needed a four-prong plug to be converted to a 3-prong outlet. However, as he tested the unit he noticed a strange 'clicking' coming from the dryer, something I'd been used to hearing for the past year. Upon opening the machine, we found that the drive belt was so worn that a chunk of it was rubbing against the inside! Mike did not pressure us to fix it, and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced. So he stayed a bit longer to get the job done, saving us the cost of calling him back out. Dryer would spin then stop and not heat up. Mike came to the house and took apart my entire Dryer, told me exactly what wrong. Once the part came in he came back to install the new motor-Dryer works like brand new. Mike was professional and courteous. Even recommended I may be better of purchasing a new dryer due to costs of motor/repair. No pressure from him to have All Appliance repair the dryer, told me to do some research and decide. Incompetent repairman caused thousands of dollars in water damage. I have an extended warranty through Lowe's, and they sent a technician to fix my washing machine. I, by Googling the symptoms, had assumed the suspension rods had gone bad. I told this to the repairman. He was there no longer than 15 minutes and was done. I was surprised it was so quick. He left without testing the machine. I went ahead and ran a small load of towels. No surprise, the machine was unbalanced and the lid wasn't even secured. I called them back and they sent out the same repairman two hours later. He balanced it and said he only replaced two of the extension rods which is why it was shaky. WHY wouldn't you just wait to order the parts?? Two weeks later the parts came in and the same repair person replaced all four rods. And again did NOT test the machine before leaving. Five days after that, I went to start a load of laundry before leaving for work and get a text from my neighbor an hour later. "Hey, there is water coming through our wall from your house" (we're in a condo that shares walls.) I rushed home to find three inches of water on my kitchen floor and my living room floor. Damage to baseboards, cabinets, doors, floors, my table and chairs, and a pair of leather shoes. He was the last person to touch my washing machine since the rods were repaired. I cannot physically move it, as I'm a disabled veteran. In my eyes, All Appliance Repair is 100% responsible, as they hired a negligent employee to do work he was clearly too lazy to do correctly. read more

Service was scheduled through Lowe's Home Warranty at 3 pm in afternoon for this company to come out to work on an appliance the following afternoon. I made arrangements to be home during the service window the next afternoon. A guy from All Appliance Parts called the next morning (day of schedule appointment) and says the appointment was scheduled after they were closed (3 pm on Thursday, seriously?) and that they cannot come until the following week. He barely apologized and basically just told me to call Lowe's to get another repair company. Terrible customer service. read more

Terrible customer service!!! I was assigned to All Appliance Parts in December to repair my leaking washer through my home warranty company, Home Warranty of America. They came out on 12/24/19 to repair the washer and said it was all fixed. The next time we used it, it started leaking again. I waited until after the holidays to call them back and Richard said he would have the technician who worked on the washer call and schedule a revisit. That guy never called. I called Richard a week later and he said again that he would have that technician call and reschedule. He again never called. I called again today and am told that they are no longer working with my home warranty company so he can't help me. What??? No one ever called to let me know that. I recommend you choose another company as this one has very lousy customer service. read more

I wish I could rate All Appliance higher. My refrigerator stopped cooling and producing ice, so I called Lowes warranty. They put me in touch with All Appliance Parts for the repair. The technician came out, on time, and fixed the cooling problem, but created another problem. The fridge now makes loud, strange rattling noises. I scheduled another appointment for All Appliance to fix the rattling and replace the ice maker. My wife canceled her plans for the day and waited for the technician to arrive. He called but my wife was in the back yard and missed the call. She called back within 20 minutes, but her appointment had been canceled. When I called All Appliance, they said it was their policy to call before arriving to ensure someone is home. I was upset since this was the first I'd heard of the policy. We canceled plans to keep this appointment. They made another appointment for a week later. If they don't keep this appointment, I'm going to call Lowe's back and ask for a different repair company. As a side note, do NOT allow Lowe's to schedule you with Tyler's Appliance. They did not keep appointments and I could not reach them. They would not call me back. read more

Update on my review. I FINALLY went through the Lowe's warranty process and I have a new dishwasher. Sadly, it cost me $300 because Lowe's pays out based on value of the item they don't swap one for one. read more

The customer service at All Appliance Parts needs some attention. Look at the other reviews. They do not keep their appointments and are poor at communicating. 2-10 Warranty uses them for warranty service. On Tuesday, 12/01, I filed a claim with 2-10 warranty and they referred me to All Appliance Parts. I called them and we set an appointment for Thursday, 12/03, between 10:00 and 2:00. They missed their Thursday appointment time. They called at 3:30 pm to inform me that they'd be there later. I told them I had another appointment at 4:00 and I couldn't wait for them. I was hoping for a Friday morning visit but was told their next available was Monday, 2 - 5 pm. Today, Monday, 12/07, All Appliance Parts calls at 4:50 pm to say that technician will be there soon and wanted the gate code. I gave the code and waited. Their service technician called me at 5:55 to say he was running late. but would make the appointment. Finally, the service tech shows up at 6:45 to complete the work. The aggravation with this company is the lack of good communication. I made time to get away from work to be present for the technician on Thursday. Had I known they were running late, I can adjust. But no one wants to be left hanging not knowing if and when they'll show up. I get there are delays. But if I'm informed of a new ETA, I can adjust and make good use of my time at work. To their credit, the technician, Mike is a pro. Looks like he planned and had all the parts on hand. Kudos to him. Communication is key. All Appliance Parts needs to work on this. read more
