We had a queen-size sleeper sofa made at Daniels; we chose the fabric, pillows, and everything else. This was not a cheaply made sofa. They only sell the best selections; that is what they are known for, but the prices are the best around. The sofa we had made for us was an amazing bed as well. We had family sleeping on it for 4 months straight while my brother was retiring from the Air Force and moving his family to NC while trying to find a house to buy. They never complained about sleeping on it. Both said it was more comfortable than most beds they had slept on. The delivery is free, and so is the family atmosphere. This family has always been so kind and gracious with helping anyone who walks through the doors. They are there to listen to your needs and are always willing to go the extra mile to find what you need. It is a hometown experience I hope Mocksville never loses. If you have never shopped here. Before the repair, I explained that I was in a dispute with the refrigerator manufacturer over the ice maker and needed a detailed invoice describing the work performed and any parts replaced. Mr. Decker assured me he would provide that documentation, but he never did. I contacted the company by text on June 17, June 19, and June 21 requesting assistance, but received no response. I then sent a detailed email on June 23 requesting a response within two business days. That email also went unanswered. I understand that not every repair is successful on the first visit. However, what I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication after multiple attempts to reach the company. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Because the repair did not resolve the problem, the promised documentation was never provided, and my repeated requests for follow-up went unanswered, I have no choice but to hire another repair service.
