Yes, lawn mowers! The furniture selection was decent for Mocksville. The staff were friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy anything. They let you browse around. We left without puling the trigger on anything but I wouldn't have a problem purchasing items here.

Before the repair, I explained that I was in a dispute with the refrigerator manufacturer over the ice maker and needed a detailed invoice describing the work performed and any parts replaced. Mr. Decker assured me he would provide that documentation, but he never did. I contacted the company by text on June 17, June 19, and June 21 requesting assistance, but received no response. I then sent a detailed email on June 23 requesting a response within two business days. That email also went unanswered. I understand that not every repair is successful on the first visit. However, what I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication after multiple attempts to reach the company. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Because the repair did not resolve the problem, the promised documentation was never provided, and my repeated requests for follow-up went unanswered, I have no choice but to hire another repair service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
