He firsthand helped us with finding the machine I wanted. Purchased it and picked it up the next day. It was really cool to talk with Mr. Ruddy about this building and how long it's been here for, as well as his dad being the one that actually built it. Manny Mosqueda was our sales helper he not only helped us decided between two different brands by breaking down prons ans cons of each item. He gave detailed explanations and answered every question or concern we had. I also want to highlight the level of professionalism this young man spoke in. I consider myself fluent in Spanish but Manny not once stuttered, chopped up words in Spanish none of that. He was incredibly persistent, patient, and determined to figure it out instead of giving up. In the end, he was completely honest and told me he wasn't confident the problem was fully resolved. I really appreciated his integrity. He only charged me for the replacement part and didn't charge for his time because he wasn't certain he had fixed it.
