Scott and his crew really messed up my remodel. From installing vinyl floor with H Joints, to large gaps in floors and baseboards. These guys are not even licensed in AZ to do these type of job. I'm sure they do great "handy man" stuff and little $1000 jobs, but anything over that, don't trust em! Sad that they are using "vets" as a marketing ploy. We had an excellent experience for handyman services. They showed up on time. Finished the project expertly. Explained the reasons for choosing the best spot. Cleaned up everything when the job was completed. They really went above and beyond. Competitive pricing against all other received quotes. They even ordered and brought the doggie door with them to install after asking if I had already secured the door. No additional charge for them ordering the door. They over communicated. I received a text message with the photo of the person assigned to the project. I received text message update when the ordered part arrived. They worked around our schedule and managed to get us slotted for 5PM. We received a text message alerting us that Scott was on the way on the day of installation. My daughter who is a Veteran suggested that we contact this organization. My husband is a Retired Marine disabled Vietnam Veteran. I contacted them to help us with 2 functions. One was to hook up a water line to our fridge that had a water source behind it. The other was to install a misters system on a portion of our patio. I stated that I would purchase the misters. At the end of the day they gave me a quote of $928.40. I was livid and shared this with numerous people. The were aghast. I want everyone who considers this organization to please reconsider. Had heard of this group via the local grapevine and thought I would see if the could give me a hand moving some things around in my garage. I had some shelves on wheels as well as a couple of cabinets also on wheels and a few boxes that needed to be moved from the center of the garage to a wall to get my car in, not able to do it myself so thought I could use their help. I also needed some minor electrical as well as some yard work. Well I send off an email and get a very quick responses, Outlines what I wanted to do and again got a quick estimate of the costs. What shocked me was the requirement I remove EVERYTHING from the shelves so they could be rolled to the new location, 6 feet away. Just for clarification I reminded them that all the shelves and cabinets are on rollers with nothing of value just stuff, nope, sorry everything has to be off the shelves for them to be moved. Well short answer, hired a couple of my friends teenagers. As for the electrical and yard work, used a local electrician and landscaper. read more

Man! These guys were great! We had a 3 man team come out to help my parents move into their new home, they showed up and showed out! Not only were they hard working, they were quick, careful and were customer service professionals. The crew worked diligently, through a full blown thunderstorm, cautiously moving their antique wooden furniture. UPDATE: I received a very polite email from the owner telling me that she credited out the portion for the bike hook. Unethical The technician they sent was very nice and professional and this review is not about him but the company. I had requested to get two tasks done: installing a new patio screen door and installing a bike hook on my patio ceiling. I received a quote for both and approved it. The technician spent 90 minutes on trying to put the door in and then realized that it didn't fit. I take responsibility for that and was willing to pay for it, which was about 50% of the quote. The technician also explained that he couldn't put the bike hook at the spot where I wanted it because there was no wooden stud to support it. I decided not to have the hook installed. I got an invoice for all work completed. I called and asked that the bike hook fee would be taken off the invoice since I cancelled the task. The answer was: we bill you for finding out where the wood stud is located. I said that took only 5 minutes. To make it short: I received an updated invoice with the same total only to see that the price for the (not performed!) patio door install was increased by 50% and the bike hook job that I cancelled was decreased by 50%. I was excited to hire this company because they employ veterans. I can only hope they treat their employees better than their customers. read more
