Rental All staff members were excellent from scheduling equipment to delivery to pickup. Their equipment was construction grade and worked well. Delivery and pickup was on time. read more

Had a very disappointing exchange with manager Kelly. Accepted and signed a quote by email and asked in the email how I could pay for the rental. Days later, sent another email another email asking how to pay for it and got a reply saying since I had not paid for it, "At this time I will not be able to deliver this order for you. Thank you, have a good day! Kelly" Pretty unbelievable since the wedding for 90 was one week away. No apology,nothing! But have a nice day. Really? read more

I had a really great experience with Rent-All this past weekend. I was having a Half-Christmas party and needed 15 chairs for my guests. I found the chairs I wanted online for only $85 each and called Rent-All to reserve them. The process was super easy and I couldn't believe when my total was only $14. They allowed me to keep the chairs for the entire weekend at this flat rate and return them any time Monday. Several nice gentlemen loaded the chairs into my trunk so I didn't have to. Service was friendly and fast and I just couldn't believe how easy it was to pick up and return the chairs. If I had known how easy and cheap renting chairs was, I would have done this for all my previous parties! I look forward to using their services again during the holidays. Thanks guys! read more

Great experience. From the fast response to my quote request, to helping me get the equipment into my car, to providing concise and useful instructions for it's operation--the whole transaction took me back to those days when knowledgeable, friendly, helpful service was the norm, and not just the very nice surprise that this was. Will look to them first with any future rental needs. read more

The people that work here are fantastic! If you need to rent ANYTHING I would contact them first! They are closed on Sunday's so if you rent something on a Saturday it doesn't have to be back until 9 am Monday... Nice perk! Will be back! read more

That's a bargain, especially when the tools needed are one time use and expensive. This is all volunteer run, so be nice to the people behind the counter and take time to book your tool online from the website before you arrive so that you're sure to get it. No renewals week after week and there are late fees that accrue, so be cognizant of the time rules. You might also consider volunteering to help this organization that helps so many. Don't want to work with the public? Stand at the back bench and fix some tools or accession some of the donated tools into the system. Great idea. Great people. Great organization. Keep it going with your donations.
