We just borrowed a skid-steer for a week and on the second day one of our guys threw a track. We called them at 0600 in the morning and left a message and by 0730 (they open at 0730 BTW) they had a mechanic at our site fixing the track. Also their pickup and drop-off procedures is so much better than those around them. At other places we have had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to find a trailer - then a skid steer - then someone to load it -- etc etc ... At RENT EQUIP by the time we had gone in and done the paperwork (which took less than 5 minutes - the trailer was hooked up and we were on our way. At drop-off we were gone in less than 10 minutes ...
