Within 4 years with light use the tractor needed the entire fuel system replaced and through the 4 years had a plethora of other issues. When I would call the parts and service people didn't know their tractors and it showed. I tell you this because after being quoted $5,000 dollars to replace the fuel system and a warranty of a whopping 30 days I decided it was time to part ways with the Mahindra. I called all three of the tractor dealers in Seguin and was very pleased with the service at Ewald. After hours and hours of research I decided to give Kubota our business. Austin Gay made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. Any time I have questions he has gotten the information I need as quickly as possible. I bought the tractor in May of 2017 and minus hitting a stump and bending a shredder blade yesterday I've had absolutely zero issues with the Kubota l4701 we bought. I cannot speak highly enough about Austin and the people I've come into contact with at Ewald. Because of the service I received during my tractor purchase I decided to also purchase a new weed eater there. I had my mind made up on a Sthil weed eater when I arrived, however Austin said I should buy the Echo SRM280t. Again he steered me in the right direction. That weed eater is a monster. It has had no problem cutting through my thick weeds and even some small mesquite. I highly recommend the echo. Today I called to get the information of the shredder blade I bent. The salesman got my the price and specs on it within a few minutes. What impressed me the most about that was when I showed up the gentleman had taken notes and written the part number down. Mind you I didn't tell him I would be coming to pick it up. Excellent customer service!!! Stuff like makes the buying process so much nicer and easier than some of the other places around here. If you're in the market for new equipment please give Ewald a call. All my future business will be conducted with them!!

The company I work for has bought many pieces of equipment from here. The guys at Ewald Kubota are…read moretrue professionals in the light and medium Equipment industry. I usually deal with John, Lige or Terry in service. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate my fast paced schedule of trying to organize repairs around several different crews. Ewald Kubota approaches their customers the way I approach mine. Be open, honest, admit when you messed up, make it right, and do whatever it takes (within reason) to make your customer happy. 2 events stand out to me in this regard. The first was a couple of years ago; an employee ran over a bunch of metal rebar. It punctured a coolant line and the engine overheated and cracked the engine block. When I brought it in, they told me it was a $7000 repair, and I fully expected them to make me pay for it. They explained to me that because I had full coverage insurance, they would be able to submit it as an accident claim. That although it would take them considerable effort and documentation, they were happy to do it for me. The repair was completed at a $250 deductible and everything else was free. Super happy. The second example is that a few months ago, I decided to upgrade all the tires on our tractors to Michelin Tweels. These are the bulletproof, non-pneumatic tires that were just introduced to the market. They cost $600 each tire, but come with a 2000 hour warranty, which was a main selling point for me. About 150 hours into use, one of the tires started to delaminate from the hub. I sent them a picture and they told me to keep using the tire while they ordered another one and shipped it. A few days later, I brought the tractor in and they switched the tire out immediately with a brand new one at no cost to me. They could've given me the runaround, but decided to stand behind their product even though it was not a Kubota branded product, because they knew that taking a $100 loss every few years to keep a customer for 30 years just makes good business sense. John, Lige, Terry, you guys have earned a customer for life. I don't care that your machines cost more than any other brand; I'll gladly pay it every time because of the awesome service attached to them!

Well instead they over charged me for everything, and I mean gauge you. Worse the vehicles looked worse than when they were dropped at the dealer. $20k later. Total ripoff. Going make a credit card claim. DONT EVER SHOP HERE these locals don't deserve our business.
