Beware. I rented a travel trailer for a hunting trip and while their stuff is older I thought it'd be ok. On my way to eastern Oregon the wheel bearings blew out near the Dalles. A big thank you to the one employee at Rent RV who picked up a replacement axle and drove it to the Les Schwab in the Dalles who was awesome enough to stay late to fix it. They offered to let me keep it a few extra days but when it got cold the lack of weather stripping made it impossible to stay warm. When I returned it the owner barely said a word and his employee tried to say that with a fleet of 30 they can't keep up on everything. I pointed out it'd saved them thousands if they'd spent the 5 minutes to check the bearings. I suspect Rent RV repacked the bearing themselves as Schwab said a missing cotter pin was the source of the failure. Schwab was nice enough to check the second axle and found its bearing pack was unsafe and fixed it. Rent RV did pay for the repairs without incident but I'd have expected nothing less. They gave me a $100 credit but I don't think I'd rent from them again. They have older trailers, don't perform proper maintenance, didn't include wheel blocks or blocks for the stabilizers, made excuses when it broke down, and I'm sure will ignore my suggestion to fix the worn weather stripping. Guess they take the tact of fix it when it breaks and don't bother with regular maintenance and inspections. It could have been much worse I'm sure, but an extra 5 minutes of preparation would have saved me 6 hours of frustration and trying to sleep with cold air pouring in everywhere.

Linda was incredibly helpful and patient in getting us set up with our RV and answering any and all questions. And let me tell you, there were many questions! I was at first daunted, but Linda set me at ease. The RV we rented was exactly what we needed and in great condition and working order. Sure there was a learning curve to most things, but that was part of the adventure. I also want to mention how professional the staff were with providing a safe environment with social distancing controls. They were very conscious of things and it made us feel quite comfortable. We had such a great experience that we're planning on renting again from this location!

We were using this RV for a wedding in 102-degree weather with no service so this is the worst case scenario. The local office in Sherwood was unbelievably unprofessional and rude before we rented the RV, and it just kept getting worse after. They sent us documentation of a refund they will give us to try and make up for the RV not working properly and we still have not received that refund. Ken from our local office will not return my calls or give me the promised call backs and the corporate office doesn't have a "call center" so they don't take any calls, instead they will email you in 10-15 business days. I wish I had known this before renting from them, buyer beware!! They give you a bad product and don't stand by it.

Comes equipped with cooler, gas stove, huge water jug, and misc plates, bowls, silverware and camping supplies (paper towels, tp, lighters, fire starters, wine bottle opener, lantern...) Definitely check before shopping for supplies.. we left some useful skewers and such for the next renter! Bedding was nice, came with standard cotton fitted sheet, flat sheet, a quilt and warmer microfiber blanket. Tons of storage under mattress, we also stowed our carry on bags in the center with no problem. Next time we are back in Portland and planning another camping road trip we will definitely be using them again!

Well, we took delivery of our chariot the following month and set forth upon adventure. We felt like Lewis and Clark making the Kessel run in 12 parsec, but the hyperdrive worked flawlessly plus involved less portaging and/or cholera. Eating in the dining area kinda resembled that that scene in LOTR when Gandalf steps into Bilbo's house but oddly I discovered I kinda like feeling like a giant and regressed into eating my spaghetti with my hands while referring to my Apocalypse IPA as "Grog" (plus it had the added benefit as a defendable conclave against predators or gypsies). Sadly weather permitted the rest of our meals to be consumed in our camp chairs under Zeus's watchful eye. Bed was some space age super foamy thing crafted by magic gnomes, the furniture all folds into itself as if Optimus Prime got drunk and went slumming at IKEA. No complaints, these guys are top notch and we're already planning our next trip to Middle Earth or maybe the in-laws in Coeur D'Alene.
