I'm glad I gave them a try. The process to get my tanks filled was easier than the menards process to get someone to the outdoor refill station. When you pull into the Suburban Propane parking lot. There is a building structure right when you pull in. Just pull into a parking space by the loading docks with propane tanks lined up. Can't miss it. Someone will come grab your empty tanks and go refill then give you a ticket to take into the office to make payment. I filled a 10lb and 20lb (I think) tanks and cost me around $25. I'm happy with the price and quick service. This place is closer to us, so I'll definitely be going back here to refill my tanks.
