This dental practice also has an exceptional team supporting their work. Recently I had a dental surgery with another dental surgeon. A few days later, on a Saturday, I had an abscess in my mouth and was running a fever. Since the dental surgeon's practice was closed, I contacted Dr Olsen's office for care and although Dr. Olsen was not in, the office team went above and beyond to get me the care I needed. Christine (who is always an exceptional and accurate key member of the office management) noted my swollen face and contacted Dr Olsen immediately for guidance. Dr. Olsen's support staff, a knowledgeable dental intern Joseph, was also exceptional and spoke. to Dr Olsen/followed her instructions and sent photos/x-rays to her describing my situation. Jenna (another excellent dental intern) also assisted. Both were very knowledgeable, kind/had great bedside manner and took initiative to get me fast attention.
