This dentist is overpriced. He charged me over $600 to re-repair a chipped tooth that was as a result of his previous shoddy work. He also made fun of me while I was explaining a relevant medical condition (literally one minute of an explanation). Please contact me if you want to sue if he caused damage. read more

Dr. Skopp is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. I am the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist so after years of neglecting my teeth Dr. Skopp was recommended to me by my brother in law who I can't thank enough. Dr. Skopp was gentle, thorough, funny and did a fantastic job fixing numerous teeth that needed alot of work. I am also terrified of needles and I honestly barely felt them. Before I knew it he was done and I couldn't believe "that was it?" His staff is also wonderful! The hygienist is super nice and totally put me at ease, which is not an easy thing to do lol. Lastly the receptionists are very friendly and very helpful with answering all my annoying questions and scheduling issues. I've been going here for more than 12 years. I love the team and of course Dr Skopp!!! I actually dont mind going to dentist. It's almost like hanging out with friends. We laugh the whole time. Dr Skopp is the bomb! He is super nice, very attentive and pretty funny. He definitely puts you at ease and caters to the coward in me. After numbing you, he asks if you can feel anything. If you can, he will numb you more. I have heard some horror stories of dentists telling you to deal with it, but not this guy. He's totally great! I also trust him. I have been going to him for 10 years now, and even though I moved to New Jersey, I still come back to have him take care of me. I would not trust my mouth to anyone else! He has great hours (I generally get appointments in the 6:30 or 7 PM range because of my commute after work), and although you may wait on occassion, he does his best to get you in and out, and takes emergencies right away. If he weren't married with kids, I would propose to the man. Or maybe that's just the novocaine speaking. read more

This office is the best -- from the front desk staff to the dental techs, and especially Dr Skopp . Everyone is honest - caring - authentic. I have been going to this dentist for over 12 years. He corrected a couple issues I had from other dentists. And just recently did a wisdom tooth extraction -- I had ZERO pain after- and I mean ZERO PAIN !!! It's crazy I actually look forward to routine cleanings. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE Especially if you've had a bad or uncomfortable experience at another dentists office. read more

Dr. Skopp is by far the best primary dentist I've ever been to. He doesn't take any task lightly. He stands by his patience throughout any procedure that is needed in house or out. Sounds weird for me to say this since going to the dentist isn't my cup of tea but this guy has made me feel so comfortable there's no way I'm ever going anywhere else moving forward. His staff is full of energy and fun. During my most recent visit on Halloween they dressed up as minions which I thought was pretty cool and stayed late night until My work for the night was done. Worst dentist I've ever been to, office is dirty, everyone inside is rude, and the "doctor" Marshall, doesn't seem to know what he's doing (looks like he needs to go back to school). Without a doubt - Dr. Skopp is the best dentist i've ever been to. I've had alot of work done with him and can honestly say that I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a family dentist. He genuinely cares about his patients, takes time to address their needs and concerns and puts their well being first and foremost. Dr Skopp is the worst dentist ever, if I could give him a minus star I would. He is kind and jolly until you need something from him like pain medication or a job excuse. I have been going to this dentist for a bit over a year. The last check up I had from him he gave me a high five and told me I did a great job flossing. Three months later I started having pain in my teeth and asked to see him emergently and was unable to make it because of transportation issues. He finallysaw me and did an x-ray on the side of my jaw I as complaining about. He told me my fillings were disintegrating and I needed caps and he submit it to my insurance to see if they will cover it. He also referred me to and oral maxillofacial surgeon cause he saw a spot in my jaw that looked suspicious and not dental related. Went to see the OM surgeon and he tells me that there was an obvious cavity and I would need a root canal. I saw the OM surgoen on Thursday, on Friday I was having excrutiating pain and the office was closed I called the after hours service to ask if the doctor would order me some pain medication and that I would need a letter for work since I was in so much pain I would be unable to work that night. When I finally got him on the phone he let me know that he was at a dance recital and that he called me back three times (I missed one call and got him on the second) I explained to him what the OM's recommendations were and he stated he would look at the x ray when he got in the office Monday. When I explained that I was in pain and needed pain meds and a doctors excuse, he then says someone will call me from the office. Someone returned my call and wanted to order motrin but could not since I did not have a designated pharmacy who already have my information. I bought my own motrin and asked if I can have a doctor's excuse for work, she said she could not since she was not in the office. Called the office on Monday for a doctor's excuse and he refused to give me one. He stated I was not seen in the office, but how could I if the office was closed. I could not go to my doctor's office since my issue was dental related and he is the dentist I have been seeing exclusively (He did recently submit a request to place caps on my teeth which were approved). He never offered to see me knowing he sent a request to my insurance company for caps, he knew there was an issue with my teeth cause I had seen him for pain and he referred me to OM surgery. I went down to the office so he could see who I was to jog his memory about my issues, just in case he thought I was someone else. He came out and told me I was not an active patient at his office( which was a lie since he submitted a request to my insurance for caps) and that he would not give me an excuse even though we spoke over the phone about my issues. He did this in the presence of other patients in the waiting room, this is when I said we were done. He is unprofessional and incompetent in my opinion, and does not care about his patients after hours. He could not even look at my x ray and tell that I needed a root canal, he was going to place caps on a cavity. I had to pay 69.00 for an x ray at the oral surgeon, who did not do anything for me but gave me a recommendation that I needed a root canal that as a dentist he could not see. Then when I called the office to get my medical records he placed my phone number on a block, something about police tracing. I am so dissapointed in this doctor, I had even taken my daughter there as a patient, now I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. read more
