The classes start off with warm up which is meant to get your heart rate up. You can go at your own pace. Then the real fun starts as you start punching and kicking the bag to your heart's content. Music pumps you on throughout. It has the energized feel of a spin class but folks of all ages are participating. I also like that they keep the place clean. Wiping down equipment 2x a day and airing it out by propping the door open. The bathroom/showers are also maintained and the ladies shower has amenities such as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I was on a 5-day free trial, and immediately after my very first class, I was strongly pressured to sign up. I felt like I was being questioned rather than given space to reflect on my experience. I was quoted $45 per week with a 12-month contract or $60 per week without a contract, and I made it clear that I didn't want to commit before trying another class. It's now been three days, and no one has followed up to ask about my experience or feedback. It gave me the impression that the priority was getting me to sign up on day one rather than building a relationship or understanding my fitness goals. I don't appreciate that type of energy. My intention with the free trial was simply to experience something new and see if it could complement my already consistent fitness routine. While the class itself was decent and the trainer was good, it didn't provide the level of intensity or thrill I was hoping for. I track my workouts with a heart monitor, and I actually burn more calories working out on my own. I was expecting something more explosive. At this point, I'd rather stick with ClassPass, which is more affordable and where I can explore different studios and find ones that truly align with my goals (Marathon and Hyrox training) I hope this review helps the business reflect on changing their sales pitch and become more focused on client experience, especially during trial periods.

This was, without question, the most disappointing and unprofessional experience our homeschool group has ever had. Our outings are usually smooth, positive, and well-coordinated, so for something this important to be handled with such carelessness is extremely upsetting. There was absolutely no accountability, no apology that matched the situation, and not even an offer to make up the class they failed to provide. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of responsibility, communication, and basic courtesy shown to our group. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Their behavior falls far below what one should expect from any business--let alone a martial arts school that claims to teach discipline and respect.
