I'm really grateful for all of the effort Nubreed puts into every detail of their business. The classes start off with warm up which is meant to get your heart rate up. You can go at your own pace. Then the real fun starts as you start punching and kicking the bag to your heart's content. Music pumps you on throughout. It has the energized feel of a spin class but folks of all ages are participating. I also like that they keep the place clean. Wiping down equipment 2x a day and airing it out by propping the door open. The bathroom/showers are also maintained and the ladies shower has amenities such as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I am looking forward to my next class!h
