If you miss a class they will allow you to make it up as long as you inform them. The workout classes for adults are amazing. No Judgment zone and allows you to work at your own pace. They motivate you and hold you accountable. I am not a fit person and in 2 months I was able to not only lose some weight and inches, but actually enjoyed working out. They offer Zumba, NJHITT, and Kickboxing classes. They also have Nerf night for parents where you pay a small fee and you can leave your kids there for 3 hours playing with dinner included. This business does luggage storage services. So my review is regarding the luggage storage service…read moreonly. I don't utilize this facility to do exercising or working out. It was very easy to reserve my spot to store luggage at this facility. I was coming from Newark airport and I needed to drop off my luggage for a few hours so that I could participate in an event and not have to lug it around the city. It's very easy to check in with the information that was sent to me an email before I had arrived. They made sure that my bag was secure and labeled. At no point did I feel like there was going to be any issues with my bag based off of the room that houses the luggage and the procedure of handing my baggage over to them. I stored my luggage here for about six or seven hours, and there was no issues with retrieving my luggage when I came back. It was the same procedure as check-in almost. It really was a lifesaver for me because I did not want to carry my baggage for seven hours on my back and it was very reasonably priced. Accessing the facility is reasonably close to Newark Penn Station and it's just a short walk. Thanks a lot.

No one is talking shit about you in another language. There are weights to lift and cardio machines. Just exercise and leave. Hit up a massage parlor if you need your ass kissed.
