Walking in for the first time was really intimating but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I explained it was my first time and they showed me the ropes and encouraged me to do better. I've taken classes with Juliana, Mallory and Marion and BOY, they were tough! I've never been more sore than after a class here, it definitely makes you work for sure. There are classes throughout the day, starting at 530A through the evening, which is beneficially for working people. Definitely worth the experience, will come back for more classes soon!

Also Juliana is the best, I almost exclusively take her classes. You see results so quickly too. They've recently included the use of heavy weights in class, which is my absolute favorite. She showed us around the gym. It was a bit small compared to others but they had all the workout equipment and space needed to do what you needed to do. They have a bunch of other type of classes like jiu jitsu, boxing, muay thai, and yoga. We began classes at the exact time it was supposed to start. I liked the music that was playing. It made you really hyped and ready to get started. The warm-up was REALLY intense for a beginner class. I would have liked if it was a bit more step by step since it was entirely new to me. We were then shown some basic movements for boxing and that was more repeated to grasp and we hit the punching bags. I never sweated so much! Be ready to get a major workout! When leaving we were able to grab free food samples from Made Meals Co! They deliver meals that are made with local and organic ingredients. I had grilled chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. Definitely helped restore my energy! Overall I liked the experience but I definitely think I needed a more basic and step by step class to ease my way in.

This decision was tough because of what this community and each of you have meant to me, both inside and outside the gym. When I first walked through those doors, I never imagined how much of an impact this place would have on my life. It wasn't just about fitness goals or hitting new personal bests. You've all played a role in shaping my journey beyond the physical challenges helping me become stronger, more resilient, and more confident, which has translated into so many milestones and achievements in my personal and professional life. Each class pushed me not only to be better physically, but also to tap into parts of myself I didn't know existed. Whether it was those mornings where I needed extra motivation or the days I was on fire, you were all there with encouragement, energy, and sometimes the exact words I needed to hear. The skills and strength I've gained here have given me countless memories whether it was achieving a fitness goal I thought was beyond my reach or simply the joy of sweating it out with an amazing community. The music is so loud that you can't think straight. I was told just to go upstairs. Most of the staff is rude and complacent. And the bathroom light still doesn't work. Can't wait until my membership runs out.
