I've been here several times and have yet to be disappointed. They are very friendly and the service is fast and well priced. I had a small issue with one of the fixes where the home button broke during a repair but they offered to fix it without hesitation. I like that they text you when your repair is ready. That feature may not be as convenient when it's your phone being fixed but so far I've just had a few iPad repairs. read more

I originally gave this place a good review because they were fast and friendly.. I took my phone in for a glass repair and purchased a new $40 case. Ever since purchasing the case my phone would go out of service. When I took the case off my service was restored. With the case being off I also noticed that they did not properly install the front glass it was popped up and the LED screen now had bright spots. I called and they didn't seem interested in helping me with it so I attempted to pop the glass in place which caused the glass to crack. Apparently they use cheap replacement parts and were in a rush to actually do the job correctly. Regarding the case, save yourself some money and order on amazon. I purchased the case and never used it since taking it off, they don't give you the box so you cannot return it. read more

After countless times of being told they would fix their mistakes I got fed up and resolved the issue myself. They were very good at saying sorry but not at taking action or keeping me informed of what was happening. I was told on several occasions that I would be called after they spoke to Verizon reps concerning my issue. ZERO CALLS. Today after spending time on the phone with the AT&T rep, she concluded that my phone's wifi antenna - or what ever it's called - was broken. she said it's 3 years old and the parts break down. she said to take it to a repair place to get it fixed that it definitely wasn't AT&T wifi. I brought it to Repair 2 Fix and explained the situation. these nice folks could have taken my money to "repair the antenna," but instead walked me through what to do to reset the network settings and to try it again when i got home. it worked! i haven't been able to use the wifi at home on my phone for months. it works for everything else so i thought it was my phone. In addition, anytime i've had an issue with my kids' broken iphones, i've brought them here and it's fixed within hours. they texted me when it was ready. I recently visited this store to have an iPad 2 glass and LCD replaced, and was looking forward to the great customer service and quality service that I had received in the past. What I had experienced was unexpected. The iPad 2 was returned to me with the LCD unattached to the frame and the technician advising that it will remain that way because the frame was bent. At no time did anyone reach out to me to tell me this was unrepairable. After a long discussion with management, the technician was able to apply an adhesive to the LCD which allowed the frame to conform to a the new parts. Problem resolved. read more

Don't trust this place. These guys are a bunch of unprofessionals and scammers. They watch TV and talk garbage in the back while your repairs are getting done and they take forever for simple jobs. My screen needed replacing and it took well over an hour. A few hours after I fixed my screen it started going wonky. The battery died on me, the light sensor stopped working, the home key was loose and it was really slow. When I came to turn it in they were very sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional, even though it was their fault (which they even admitted). I would have forgiven them had they been more professional and nicer, but their attitude really put me off. I was also suspicious when I said my battery was bad, and they immediately said to "replace" the battery instead of checking it out. They also randomly brought up the fact that my phone had "water damage" even though it has never gotten wet, which made me think that they were trying to put the blame on me. I would take my business elsewhere, and I will never recommend this place ever. read more

It did not help that I FIRST bought the Groupon and THEN had the brains to look it up here. Anyways, I went and had my front and back Iphone 4s screen fixed before i bled to death from all the little tiny pieces of glass that kept getting stuck on my fingers and cheek. :) The staff is very young but they were very courteous and professional and had my phone ready at the time they told me to come back. The guy that helped me even told me he would honor the Groupon price for my other iphone that i broke. ( Yes, I know. I have serious issues breaking phones.) I paid $59 in total for both sides. This place is only good for repairing broken screens on iPhones. I took 2 laptops, a Dell & HP that had issues with the video card. After a couple days, I hadn't heard anything from these guys, after calling about a dozen times I finally got someone on the phone. He said it would be ready Saturday night (4 days had passed after he said he only needed a day) I got there & he gave me a lame excuse of how busy he was and that he was sorry but he couldn't fix the HP. I asked about my Dell and he said that it could be fixed but he would need it until Tuesday (another 3 days). After patiently waiting, I call him, he says "I'm going to take care of you bro, promise today you'll have it ready" I waited to go today, Wednesday, guess what? it wasn't fixed!! If you want to waste your time with these clowns, be my guest. Other posters on here say it's run by kids; they are correct. Absolutely no customer service to speak of, they don't return calls, and they don't do anything more difficult than changing a screen, which btw, if you have 5 minutes, you can learn to do it yourself by watching a YouTube video saving yourself $50.00, which is what they charge. read more

Took my phone here for a simple back glass repair on my iPhone 12, pro max they told me a price of $99 plus tax which I agreed to, after the service was completed they told me the front screen broke so they had to replace it and charged me an additional $86, I never agreed to this and was not informed until the repair was done, I paid since I had to rush to go pick up my daughter from school. Basically I was forced to pay for damages they had done to my property. They said the screen had lines going through it so I ask for my old screen in which was the original from apple and went to get it tested somewhere else as this whole situation was extremely shady and didn't seem right, my screen turned out to be working perfectly, I don't understand how you break a front screen trying to fix the back, long story short I feel they lied about the front screen in order to charge me more for work I didn't need and didn't agree to, after reading the other reviews it seems I was not the only one with this issue, this company is doing mal practice and preying on people to pay more for unnecessary work , I highly recommend you steer clear of this place at all cost unless you want to become the next victim of their shady malpractice, I asked several other stores and professionals if it was necessary to touch the front screen in order to replace the back glass and they all said it was not only unnecessary but was a foolish to do so as it provided no benefit. Onel is the best! On several occasions I have visited the store and I have always been pleased with their service. On this occasion, it was a more time consuming job as my phone had water damage. My goal was to retrieve all the data as I already had a new phone waiting for the transfer of data. Onel was able to restore all the data and successfully transfer it to the new phone. It's refreshing to see a young group of committed professionals. My one recommendation would be to please keep the communication flowing as I was advised someone would call me when I dropped off the phone on Friday and it was Monday morning and no one had called.
