I see all of the 5 star reviews "REALLY?"and I can not believe it. Well I see because must of them are phone screen changing, probably the technician "Onel" is only good for that. I am here just to let people know about my experience and advice you people out there do not do the same thing I did. My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 broke and I was recommended to this place, and I went. 1- They did charge $267.50 on front and I was told that the phone wish the original color was blue navy is going to be white in 2 days. I accepted with the verbal condition that my phone has to be fixed. 2- I picked the phone after 2 days and apparently it was working (available to make phone calls an text) BUT that was it, my phone had NO DATA CONNECTION, NO SAMSUNG PAY, NO STYLUS PEN. Button line is my phone got worse. 3- After 2 days I went back to the repair store and Onel told me that he knew it is going to happen because the color was changed, at that time he promise me to fix it and do it with the right color, But I had to wait for it 5 days because I was transferred from one day to the next one and.... 3- The day to be fixed arrived and he tried but The phone got worse now NO PHONE CALLS, NO TEXTS, NO DATA, NO STYLUS PEN, NO SAMSUNG PAY, MY PHONE WAS TOTALLY OFF. NO SOLUTION FOR ME THIS TIME :( 4- I request a refund of $ 267.50 that I payed before, because the phone never was fixed, and Onel told me that he wanted the original piece back, I did not refuse it I said YES, YOU CAN HAVE IT!! put back the old part and return the money. 5- After ALL. Onel and the person in the cash register both of them refuse to return the money, so NO PHONE, NO MONEY, NO SERVICE AND THE BAD PART NO BODY RESPONSIBLE FOR. THEY CHARGE $ 267.50 FOR NOTHING. I FEEL ROBED, WILL NOT YOU? 6- I called my bank and made a charge back.....After that I went to Sprint and they change my phone for a new one for only $ 75 EASY AND INEXPENSIVE..... Hopefully everything goes smooth for me. Timely and professional service! I broke my screen and they gave me the absolute best price to fix it- better than most places out there. The location is close to home and I never had to leave the store! I didn't have to leave my phone for hours at a time. I waited in the front lobby and my phone was completely fixed in 20min. It was a perfect job without the hassle of haggling for a low price or receiving a half-done phone repair. This was amazing work. Took my cellphone and the glass was fixed, that was before I went there the day before when they were suppose to be open but no one was there, lost my time and gas!!!! I went during the week, they told me it would take two hours to change the front screen. So I left and when I came back, it was done. This is the tricky part about this place, I was having problems with the Iphone 4S battery. I took the cellphone to the Apple store and they drop the warranty because REPAIR2FIX remove a plastic that pulls up the battery. Not just that but they GLUE the battery to the cellphone, the battery looks really bad, so I am not sure why on a new cellphone the battery would be in such bad condition!!!!!!! It only took me a few minutes to change it my self. So they will trick you that everything is perfect when in reality, they have manually niglected the cell phone orinal settings in order to reject you from any warranty with Apple. I order a battery from Ebay, about 13 dollars and now the cell phone is working great!!!!! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! read more

This place is horrible. Stay away. Glass shattered on my IPad. I called to see if it was ready and it was. When I got there it wouldn't turn on. He told me I needed to leave it. I called and called and they kept giving me the runaround. Oh the part we ordered didn't work....must have been a "bubble" part meaning they admitted that they use cheap parts. This guy actually admitted it which happens to be the owners brother. Then I called again because they refuse to call you and keep you in the loop and he puts the technician on and he tells me that "oh bro honestly I completely forgot about your IPad". Now they did fix it and already my glass adhesive is expiring. Please stay away and this place is ran by kids. So much so that all of the little friends go there to hang out behind the counter and in the back repair room where your repairs are being worked on! read more

Came in here around 5:00 PM and dropped off my water damaged phone. I was almost positive that it would not be able to be fixed! Considering I was leaving out of town the next day and the repairs are usually 24 hours they had it ready for me the next day at 12:00 PM!! The worst place you can possibly choose.. Went to fix my phone once, waited 2 hours. A few days later I realize they forgot to put the screws in. When I went back they tried to say the screen was dropped, which had NOTHING to do with the fact that they forgot the screws. (Mind you it was in perfect condition). Left my phone being "repaired", they told me 1 hour. I came back 1.5 hours later, both guys were in the front, not working at all and they had the face to tell me my phone wasn't ready. 30 minutes later I receive my phone. To say the least, it has been 2 weeks and now the glue on my screen is completely off.. It's hanging by a thread. How hard is it to fix a screen correctly? If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've regretfully have used their services to fix my phone on two occasions. The first time I broke the screen of my phone and took it in to get it replaced, they told me I had to leave it there and pick it up HOURS later around their closing time (their excuse was that they had a lot of phones to repair) and once I got my phone I noticed white spots on the screen then it was black. I told the guy at the shop and he gave me a lame excuse blaming my phone and reminded me they were about to close. I left and just two weeks later I had to go back because the screen was literally POPPING out of the frame. They told me to take it in and they would fix it but would have to pick it up in 3 hours...ridiculous. The second time I used their services I took in a different phone to fix as a gift for my mom and in less than a week her screen was popping out. I don't know how this shop still has clients because they either are too cheap to buy quality screens (Their screens are NOT authentic) or they simply do not care about the job they do when replacing screens. I would think after paying $130+ and having to leave my phone for half a day I would be done with the phone issues but this shop only steals your money & time! read more

I have been taking our phones here for the last year and have never had an issue. We have had glas replaced on three different Iphone 4 and an iphone 5 and water damage to a 4. Only once did it malfunction after a week and they fixed it for free. I really do not understand the bad reviews. This is the worst place in the world, I brought my iphone 4s because it had an accident and half of the screen became colorless, so I went to the place they toldme it was going to take 1:30 hours and will be done. I waited 3 hours to receive a colorful, but dead phone. All around incredible place. They have better prices than anywhere else on phone accessories. I took my iPhone 6 because I dropped it and cracked the phone like an idiot. I brought the phone into them and they fixed the screen as well as bent the phone back. I came back a few days later and the home button was a little loose and they happily greeted me and fixed it up perfectly. Great customer service. My phone was ready in an hour and the price was reasonable as they were the most economic ones I found on groupon. I didn't need to purchase the groupon as they honored the price for it. I came here because I bought a Groupon, and my daughter's iPad screen was broken. They did a perfect job and very quickly, even though I had the Groupon. I brought it around 11, and it was ready by 6. My daughter says it works fine, and they they were able to repair everything except a small part of the metal that had frayed. The location is central and easy to find. I probably won't be going back because, at this point, everything in my house has an Otterbox or Life Proof case, but I would recommend it to a friend. read more

The absolute worst. I came to fix my phone and they messed up on the lcd screen so when we tried to press the home button we realized they didn't connect everything back properly so had to take it back and was without a phone. The guy should've checked the phone before giving it back. Then we got it back and a couple hours later a bar appeared down te screen becuase the Lcd wasn't connected properly. So we then had to take it back again. Then they fixed it. And a couple days later another bar appeared down the screen because they didn't fix the adhesive properly. So once again. We took it back and they said the part for the phone would be there and it would be ready by 7:30. So when I went to Pick it up. They said the part never came in so I am still phone less. They are super unprofessional, have no communication skills, they could've called and told me the part wasn't in and my phone was not ready. I left a phone number to call and everything. Very inconvenient and they don't even apologize. Do not recommend. read more

Terrible. I went in last Friday after calling around for the cheapest option to change my iPhone 6s screen. They told me it starts at $79. So I went and took my phone seeing as it was the cheapest available, he changed my screen and then it had white ripples under the screen which are visible during texts (on a white background) so I called the same day and he said to come back that he would change it for me because that's a defect of the screen he put on because it's an aftermarket part that was ordered incorrectly. So I went back and he told me he was getting a shipment of the new parts (screens) in a few days and to come back then. So I do, mind you I live like 20 miles away from this place, and when I go back I asked why was I charged $107 instead of $80 and he said I got the warranty (which he never even spoke to me about before charging me but he insists that he mentioned it) and then he said he can't put in one of the new screens they just got that don't have ripples because I don't have warranty (because I asked for a refund for the warranty obviously) and he was very rude and argued with me as if he was on the right and I'm wrong for wanting him to fix the shitty screen he put on my phone!!
