HORRIBLE! I took mine and my girlfriends phones they both started shutting off the screen started getting crazy and my phone started getting hot like it was burning inside I decided to take it to apple.......... WOW is all I can say I am disgusted and horrified they stole parts from my phone they took plates they took screws the phone is supposed to have 25-50 screws I had 9 in my phone they told me I was lucky my phone didn't fall apart! I know it wasn't a mistake because the 2Iphones where taken different days so this is something they happen to do all the time. read more

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS! Let me start off by saying that the only thing these guys are great at, is selling faulty products from their terrible distributor and claiming them to be apple. After my bad experience a year ago i should have learned my lesson. (installed 3 bad screens back to back. first had a glitch and the owner JACOB still tried to convince me to keep it with the glitch because he was "gonna lose money since he cant return it to distributor" .... not my problem .. i paid for a fixed screen not a glitchy one.. the second and third had an almost see through resolution. Horrible quality, everything overly bright .. and the thinnest most fragile glass ive ever seen on an "apple" cover that literally cracked by placing the phone on my desk) .. did not get a refund and just let it be and bought a new phone.. i was tired of their shit. FAST FORWARD TO THIS PAST SUNDAY. I go into their location inside the MINI MART on 137 to fix my charger port and battery due to damage from a non-iphone charger.. a little over a year had went by since my last visit, I figured i could give them another shot. The employee is half asleep at the desk and does not hear me the entire 5 times i repeated hellooooo.. so i just stood there for a couple of minutes until he finally picked his head up and saw me standing there.. He runs some tests and lets me know the battery is good but the charger port is bad.. i went ahead and paid $64 for the new port and was asked to return in 20-35 mins for pickup.. i come back in 45 mins and had to wait an additional 20 mins for my phone.. I decided i wanted to buy one of their "apple chargers" .. they opened 3 different cables and NONE worked outside of their "apple" charger that they wouldnt sell me after seeing all the others didnt work.. but tell me to go home and test with my apple charger. I then have to COME BACK because when i get home, the phone still does not charge (which is odd because it was charging with their ONE "apple" wire that they use to show people their phone works... i trust the charger connected to their system is rigged and their way of acting like they dont know why it wont work when you come back) .. He then switches the battery ("on the house" .. as if that was supposed to butter me up) and says it should definitely work now.. the battery was at 70% so i left, after they tested it with their little scam charger.. a couple of hours later i get home and put my phone on my apple brand charger ... WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!! IT DOESNT WORK!!! :) I immediately rush to the store and walk inside at 5:48PM .. only to find their booth closed (they are supposed to close at 7PM) I called Jacob and let him know i was gonna go to the apple store. He told me that "for kicks" dont even tell them i got it fixed.. well apple ran some tests and they said the charger port had no grip and did not respond to any of their chargers/tests.. best solution would be a new phone through my insurance.. I let the owner Jacob know and ask him for a refund and he literally LAUGHS and says "thats what apple told you? HAAA! no, you just need to fix the TVC-Whateverthefuck blablabla" long story short he pretty much tells me to spend more money on repairs through his store as opposed to getting a completely new phone through apple... i repeat i want my refund and he says because he had to pay his employee, he can only give me $40 out of the $64.. i repeat to him that is not my problem and went down the list of all of his bad products they have repeatedly tried to sell me, he finally agreed to give a FULL REFUND next day if his parts are returned for him to install in someone elses phone cos "he knows his products are good".. i agreed to doing that. So now its Monday, the "next day".. i rush to the store after work to try to make it before closing just to be told that jacob is the only one that can authorize a refund and he will be in the store "tomorrow" which is when i can come back to get the cash.. i take my phone and tell them they can switch the parts out when i get my refund. TUESDAY my bestfriend arrives at the store to be told that jacob will be in later to bring the cash.. she gives him the phone and they swap out the parts.. I call jacob to make sure thats correct and he then says i cant get my money "tomorrow" after it clears because i "decided to use a weird card" and if i would have used a credit card as opposed to my prepaid cashapp card, maybe he woulda given the refund" i tell him theres no way for me to even take that money back and its no longer available in my card and how i need the money to help pay for my new phone. i ask if theres any way for him to speed this up because he keeps wasting my time and he tells me that "if i had a business i would know that this is the way merchants work" all i know is i better get my $64 in its entirety tomorrow, or theres gonna be some EXTREME consequences. Been without a phone for 3 days because of these idiots. read more

To my surprise, the inside of the place looks pretty futuristic, clean, and high tech for an affordable price! I came here to get my iPad fixed two weeks ago and the people there worked fast, yet put in a lot of care. They didn't charge me extra to fix my volume button that had a loose screw.
