Best in town, hands down. I ran over my work phone and cracked the screen. Called them and they told me to come in and that they could fix it within 15-30 minutes. They did exactly that when I got there. I was expecting it to be pricey since it was an emergency and they took care of me so well and fast, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised that it's was way cheaper than what I have paid for previously broken phones at other places. Warning the products they use are not reliable. I got my iPhone 13 screen/led repaired a week ago since the screen was green. When the phone was repaired I noticed the screen had a reflected a pinkish color. Then the next day the battery was dying and I had to constantly charge the phone. Also, the screen was sensitive to the touch that it disabled my phone. A couple of days later there was a crack on the screen. Clearly, the products used here are not Apple products they are SUPER CHEAP products that continue to damage your phone. I went back to the store since I have a 90 day warranty to let them know about the screen color and the sensitivity of the screen and the fact the the screen broke with a screen protector on but their claim is that it's basically a new issue since the screen is cracked. It's obviously the products they use that is not reliable at all. They didn't budge with their statement and refused to honor the warranty. So in reality there is no warranty. they wanted to charge the same price to replace it $169. Oh and don't get fooled with their Groupon it's never honored because they find a reason to say well your issue is this and the Groupon covers something else. They try to get you to come in with the Groupon but it's never honored either. Save yourself a trip to this place and money and replace these parts with an authorized Apple dealer only. read more

All I can, Onel came to the rescue at last minute today when my wife's 14 pro max camera lenses crack, Apple tried to charge me $250 for repairs but Onel did it for $69 and less than 15 minutes I was out with the lenses repaired. honest will recommend him to people ! definitely will be back for his services. read more

I had the back of my iphone glass replaced 2 weeks ago. While changing the case yesterday, I noticed that it shattered again. This is my personal iphone which I barely use. I use my office cell. This one has been on my desk. The day I went to get it repaired they were short staffed. It took all day and was not ready when I went to pick it up. It was still in pieces so I waited for it to be glued, and then left with it because they were closing. The tech was very rushed. I went to the store today and spoke with James, the manager. He was EXTREMELY rude and accused me of being a liar. He said he has excellent reviews so he does not care whether his customers are satisfied or not. He was very rude and unapologetic. I have never seen such a display of bad customer service. I highly recommend you go to a different store. He said he'd fix it again for $79 instead of $99 but I will not do business with him again. Not only because I believe either the glass was defective or the tech was rushed ao it is their error but because of how very nasty James was. Terrible customer service and refused to repair it or accept any responsibility. He claimed that he has great reviews so he could not care less if he had one unhappy customer. I say buyers beware. I needed a PS4 fixed and an iPhone 7 (rear camera cover broke) fixed. I called ALL over Miami, literally. I got estimates all across the board. One problem was most people couldn't do both. I called Onel at Repair 2 Fix and he was very professional and friendly over the phone. He asked me to bring both devices in and he would be able to take care of it. He told me "we fix everything". Terrible customer service!! Took my iPhone 12 promax in to get back glass repaired. Sub-par quality parts, poor work. On the 1st attempt to repair the glass was cut wrong, 2nd attempt they damaged my camera and left glue all over the phone. The repair lasted a week and back glass is coming apart in SHARDS!!
