On the day of the appointment, E&S called and said they would not be sending a technician because they "didn't receive the service request until this morning." That statement was completely false -- the request was sent and confirmed the Friday before. If they were unable to keep the appointment, that would have been one thing. But being dishonest about when they received the request is unacceptable. I cannot recommend a company that does not provide accurate information to customers. Again, do not use this company
