Within 20 minutes, their salesman, Martin, had found the refrigerator I wanted, completed the purchase and scheduled the delivery for later that day. By 11:00 A.M., I had my new refrigerator installed and the old one hauled away and I live 25 miles from their store. Try getting that kind of service from the big box stores! Riner's is a small, local business that sells at a fair price and is there when they say they will be to service your appliances. We have had quality sales assistance in person in their showroom. Went to a big box home improvement store and set up a purchase and install for between 12 and 4. They (contractors) called at 4:30 and said they were delivering our order. Wife told them delivery and install and got the answer "We don't have the parts ". Wife says no way, take it back. We go to Riner's, get the same thing for $200 less, and it'll be installed by their people by the end of the week! BTW, took less than 20 minutes, the big box took so long to help we had done the order online. read more

I have purchased 1 upright freezer, and 1 large 3 door fridge as well as have numerous appliance repairs carried out in the last 12 months (2020-2021). I have found Mr. Riner and his staff, courteous, well-informed, and very easy to deal with. They were able to show me a large selection of appliances and upon purchase were very quick to make deliveries. Mr. Riner and his staff were so much more informed when compared to large box stores. We needed a washer and someone suggested this place. The person that helped us was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They installed the washer the next day! The man that came to install it was so helpful and even offered to reverse the placement of our washer and dryer for better function. My experience with this company has been nothing but rude and disrespectful. When the technician came to install my dishwasher I asked them to put a mask on and no one had a mask in the truck and they left without even telling me if they were going to come back or not I had to call the office to see what was going on and I spoke with Chris who was rude and hung up on me and I had to wait another day or two just to get my dishwasher installed because they're not sending the technicians out properly. The lights on this same dishwasher went out not even two weeks after having it and the technician showed up again no mask on and he couldn't figure out how to fix it so they had to do research and I had to repeatedly call back for updates and the young female there said they had employees out with COVID and they were short staffed so I don't understand why they keep sending technicians out to people's homes without wearing masks and penalizing the consumer for the technician not showing up wearing masks. So the time came for me to get the lights installed and once again the technicians shows up without a mask on and they said they were going to get the maks and never showed back up and I had to call the office again for an update because noone communicated to me what was going on and the young female there said that I would have to wait another day and I explained to her that I shouldn't have to wait just because the technicians aren't showing up wearing masks she proceeds to yell at me and ultimately hung the phone up on me I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone period they have been absolutely rude and disrespectful to me. read more

Worst company EVER! Took our ice maker for a month. I honestly am not certain they would've ever returned it if we hadn't called and asked about it. They brought it back, charged up $200+ for "repairing" it, and it still didn't work. They returned and took it again and after several more weeks called and told us it could not be fixed, but they were happy to sell us another one. No thanks, Riner's! We had to ask them to return it.
