Not only was our request met with resistance, but we were also charged a $60 restocking and shipping fee--despite the fact that one of the parts was never even shipped because it was on backorder. Between the lack of accountability, the added fees, and the significant damage we're now dealing with, this experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful.
