The floors were ok, but when I cleaned a spill of water on the wood floor I was amazed at how dirty the towel was when I cleanup the water. The the day after the cleaning I found balls in the vents. How do you clean out the vents and not get all the toys and balls out. Also, I do not feel the dryer was even cleaned because it is still filled with lint which is a fire hazard. I feel I was sold a poor quality service and very disappointed in a company I have used many times before in my past. I feel they should refund me some of or all my money.
