I ordered 1000 special order magnets more than one month before an event I was a primary sponsor for. I was not informed there were any issues with the order at the time of order. Two weeks before the event I started leaving voice mails and e-mails requesting the order status. There were eight different attempts to request a status update on the order. I was never responded to by them until I canceled the project one week before my event. Subsequently I had to order the materials else ware. There were no placed in the state of Washington who could produce this project. I paid an additional $700.00 in shipping for next day air shipping charges because the materials were heavy. After I sent notice of canceling the order, I was sent an e-mail offering no excuse other than she didn't get to it. There were no apologies or kind words. I was told tough luck. If there was a response to my many inquiries I could of taken my order else ware and I would not of had paid the $700.00 shipping fees and ne severely stressed. read more

I have been in to Replicator Graphics twice. The first time was to have cute logos put on two shirts and a sweat shirt. After weeks of waiting I finally called to ask if they were ready because I had not heard from anyone. The gal working said " We said we would call you when they are ready" When my shirts were done, she had changed the design without asking me. My second trip in was early January. Again, she wrote down how I wanted the shirts to look and told me they were slammed with Superbowl orders and that she wouldn't be able to get them done till after the game. (which was understandable) Well, after over a month I called and asked what was going on with my shirts. They said they would have them done "tomrorrow". The day they were suppose to be ready I got a phone call 10 minsutes before they closed saying "my shirts were ready and that I would have ten minutes to get there because the owner was going out of town" and to top it off she changed the design on one of my shirts without asking AGAIN. Taking a customer's money and having it for 30 days and not getting the order done is bad business. Here I give you two chances... then you give me 10 minutes to pick up my shirts after making me wait over a month. Terrible service! I will not be going back again! read more
