The staff is very friendly, I put a note to ask them to raise the temperature all the way up before I get there so it is as high as possible for my session. Give this place a chance, you will love it!

Dr. Shawn reviewed my scans with me right away and broke down everything so I could really understand the inflammation in my body. Dr. Shawn uncovered the root to my headaches and pressure in my sinuses- teeth grinding as shown in the inflammation of my jaw on the scan. It was a huge light bulb moment! I also learned that my thyroid was under active, which explains my unusual weight gain. What I really loved is that Dr. Shawn was not trying to sell me on any of his treatments or even suggest any supplement he was selling, he just guided me on what remedies I could benefit from. He truly cares about patient's total health, and not just taking their money. I am so happy to have found WBHC, and I will absolutely have yearly thermography done here!

Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Even though I live farther away I will absolutely be returning soon.
