I do NOT appreciate having the "therapist": answer their cell phone, leave the room frequently to go tend to other people coming in, or, brining in another person and chatting it up with them while giving me a massage. Got a facial and lotion got in my eyes. Now they told me to get a massage before my facial but switched the appointments. Something about not having my face in the cradle with all that lotion on it. I have mixed feelings on this location. Twice I had appointments booked and they failed to call me and let me know that the therapist didn't come in that day. Very disappointing. My last appointment wasn't up to my expectation. I was not offered any water and when the therapist was done she didn't even meet me at the door for my departure. I was put off by that. However, I have had wonderful service there also but the therapist I saw before left. If they could work on their customer service a bit more it would be more enjoyable. read more

I went to Six Flags with some friends and after my concussion, the roller coasters make me nauseous and I am sore for days after. I could barely turn my head left to right so I made an appointment and the cutest little lady beat the crap out of me, now I can turn my head and have full range of motion in my neck, shoulders back and legs. I don't know what she did, but she completely fixed me! I will definitely be coming back for other services in the future, I feel so so much better. Totally worth every penny. read more

I went for first massage recently after getting a recommendation from a friend who told me she liked the consistency of the therapist. I was impressed with the cleanliness, not only of the reception area, but also the massage room. The lighting in the massage room was not so dark that it felt strange. It was comfortable. The massage therapist listened to my concerns and did as asked regarding pressure. My second massage was with same results. I have gone to hand and stone, until they raised there prices dramaticly, so I tried this place, it was the best massage that I have ever recieved, but my only dislikes were they do not speak good english and it was truly hard to communicate and also the lady made me tip her. I asked for a deep tissue massage and got just what I asked for. I also got a walking back massage which was phenomenal! Wei the owner is highly experienced and whenever I've visited her business customer are very satisfied. Her pricing is more than reasonable too. I'm ok with an interruption or two in lieu. I went to this location and asked for a 60 min body massage. I requested her to focus more on my neck, shoulders, and lower back. She didn't focus on these areas in particular and the massage was not therapeutic at all, and to top it off, she kept asking me if I would like to add more time, and I of course declined. Weatherford Massage would not honor a gift card purchased for a message. Said it "expired" and was no longer any good. Two other spas I talked to said there is no expiration on gift cards. If the service was paid for, I feel it should be honored. It was several months later, but still should have been honored because I already paid for it. read more
