I received a ClearV laser treatment there and was burned during the procedure, leaving permanent scarring. During the treatment, the area immediately turned gray and blistered. I was told this was "normal" and called "crusting," and was given an aftercare cream (that I later discovered was expired) to use until my two-week follow-up. A few days later, the blister burst and revealed a hole in my skin. When I returned to the clinic a week later for a Botox follow-up, the staff asked what happened to my leg. After I explained it was from the laser treatment, they took a picture and later called to say I needed an antibiotic cream, which was prescribed for me. When I asked if that reaction was normal, I was told it was not. At my two-week follow-up, I was told to continue the antibiotic cream and given samples of exosomes to help with healing, while also being told that, although it was rare, this could happen. I was made to feel as though it was somehow my fault -- I was told that if I had started the antibiotic cream sooner, it would have prevented the hole burned in my leg. They asked me to return weekly so they could monitor healing. After multiple visits, I decided I would not be returning. I requested a refund for the laser treatment, a prepaid facial, and a cancellation fee that I was charged after being burned. I also asked for my medical records and laser settings. The initial records I received included only three pre-treatment photos and the consent form -- no post-treatment photos, laser settings, or provider notes were included. After repeated requests and delays, I did finally receive my complete medical records, but the process took far longer than it should have. What made things worse was how the situation was handled afterward. When the clinic finally offered a "customer service adjustment,"(which was actually just a credit I could only use for services there) it was only for the cost of the laser treatment, nothing else -- and I was asked to sign a form agreeing not to discuss the incident publicly if I accepted it. That did not feel right to me, and it made the situation even more disappointing. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed choice before booking laser services here.

I wanted fuller brows but I was afraid since I've seen so many bad jobs where they look just like a blob of ink. Iris does microblading but for me she did Nano because of my oily skin. All of the lines/strokes look so natural and fixed my terrible thin 90s brows. She really analysis your skin to make sure she uses the right pigment, the right procedure and she is conservative so that it is not just one big block of color. Worth your time at least to check out her work. You will not be disappointed.
