I was told on the phone by the Central Oregon division that yes I could have a unit delivered on March 11th. I did not hear anything further after that. I called again two more times requesting more information and confirming that a unit will be delivered on March 11th. I called on the day of expected delivery, March 11th asking when the unit will arrive and was told perhaps in the next few days. I reminded them that I was told March 11th was confirmed. The person on the phone at that time said no, they did not confirm a date for delivery at all because they never received a rental agreement. I was never informed that I needed a rental agreement to reserve. As a result, I had to search for another company to resolve the mistake made by Storage 2 U, they never admitted their error.

The first time was when they first started in the business. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and the cost was reasonable. Fast forward a couple years later and I use them again. Showed up on time, the employees were again very professional but the cost was considerably higher, especially since I had less stuff to remove than the first time I used them. OK, I get it. Costs go up, that's the way of the world. Recently called them again and am given a two hour morning window of when they will show up. No show, no call. Give them another hour before I have to leave. Of course about five minutes after leaving the house I get a text saying they will be there in about 10 minutes. I call them and tell them not to bother.
