Normally this would not be an issue but there was rain expected between Wednesday and Thursday and I had carpet and padding in the dumpster so I wanted to avoid the extra weight. I expressed this to the person on the phone and she told me there's nothing they can do. I did try to cover the dumpster but obviously you can't completely cover the dumpster due to its size this was a 30 yd.³ dumpster. I ended up having to pay for at least one ton over and it was most likely due to the padding and carpet absorbing multiple nights of rain. So the price ended up being more than other competitors.

I paid for four hours of service but received only the bathrooms cleaned, a partially cleaned kitchen, and one room vacuumed. The crews are pretty pet friendly. There have been a couple times when we've gotten calls because one of the fur kids wasn't feeling good and expressed concern. They do a great job cleaning. Do they clean exactly like you do? Probably not, no one cleans the way you do in your home. It's nice to come home to a house that's clean and smells good. They have recently had a management change and they have been great to work with. We've had several surgeries and emergencies this year and they have worked around our schedule.

The owner was so kind and said he could send his nephew (who was working for money for college during the summer) to our house in the morning to help gets us packed. His nephew showed up at 8 am. He definitely had his work cut out for him. What a respectful kind and efficient worker! The movers showed up at 2:15 as promised and worked until almost 11pm. We had some difficult stairs and angles to get around and they maneuvered our furniture delicately with ease. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they were hard workers. Absolutely the WORST trash pickup company EVER! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! I've had nothing but issues with them. The have NEVER picked up my trash when it was scheduled and I have to call and complain every week. They continue to tell me I cancelled my service and that's why they didn't come but when I told them I didn't and to look up when the last time I paid my bill they see that I'm up to date.
