I find this place is very unique but very odd in some of its practices with recycling but all I can say is it gets the job done very well. Been coming here so many times over the years to get rid of some of my extra yard clippings / branches or even some recycling items for some extra cash in my pocket. They seem by far the most reasonable and low cost on dumping my loads and give out some real good cash for my recyclables like paper or cardboard. I'm going to say this is one of the best and most oriented type recycling places in town which is by far easy to say because they will work with you to help with your heavier items if in need. The employees seem very friendly and always eager to help you which is a plus overall in the customer service area. I would say, You can't go wrong coming here and this facility deserve 5-stars overall because of their duty of keeping the streets clean and help keep back yards looking like better. P.S. I informed here I'd be arriving the next morning to secure a unit as it was close to closing time when I placed my call. The next morning I met with Donna and informed here I'm not new to storage facilities and well aware of things you can't store on anyone's properties ( gas & certain other items) and she said "perfect, I don't need to waste time, sign here and here and I'll get your code. I assume you know all about correct locks for storage and I repeated exactly what she expected to hear. We were in possession of the code and completed paperwork in under 5 minutes and looking at the actual location of the Unit within a few minutes after that. The entire property is easy access, gates open quickly and close slow enough to allow a spouse or moving truck to follow you in without worry. Big feature !! I'd choose Stayton mini storage for all my friends or anyone asking about places of storage needed.

Update to my review They called me this morning to take…read morepayment and informed me that autopay is now available. I increased the stars due to this brand new option. However, still cannot give more stars because even after months of requesting a better way to pay and bills they never informed renters of this new option. Additionally phone payments will only be accepted until the 27th of this month. So communication still sucks. I'm giving this place 1star because they do not have auto pay. While that seems extreme it all came down to my experience tonight. I went on vacation and simply forgot to pay my bill. I came home to a letter asking for payment + late fee. Which is fine and I take responsibility for. What is upsetting is that I went to access my unit and it had an extra lock on it. I just returned from vacation and have not had time to take my payment into them. When I first rented a unit I was told that auto payments would be coming down the line. Months later there is still no auto payment option. So the company is banking that you will forget to mail in payment, drop it off, or call and make the payment. So now I have to wait to access my unit until my payment is made. Can't do it online either. This is frustrating. In a world of technology making a payment should be easier. I want to give them my money, they are just making it difficult.
