Unfortunately that is where things went south. I got a call at 1:00 indicating they would be closer to the end of the window, around 2:30/3:00, which was fine and still within the window. I then got another call at 3:00 stating the truck was in the area and would be just a bit late, around 3:45/4:00, which wasn't terrible but not great as we had been waiting since we did not live at the location and had been waiting since 1:30. At 4:15 I still hadn't seen anyone so I called for an update at which time I was told I would hear from the driver in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver called and said he was 45 minutes or more away. Needless to say, this was well beyond reasonable and we cancelled the service. I had very high hopes of these folks as I had heard good things but this was not a good experience at all. We have since gone with another service. The only positive comment I can make is at least they tried to communicate regularly.

I was told that the driver said our dumpster was emptied. I have 3 custodians and myself that can confirm that our dumpster was NOT emptied. I never heard back that day (Friday) so I had to wait till the following Monday. I had to call them,I was told that it would be emptied that morning. Later that day I received a call telling me that it was emptied. I was not!!! I complained and told then that this was a church and we were trying to decorate for Christmas Masses and I had nowhere to put my trash. I was told that they would send someone out to make sure we did not just refill our dumpster and were looking for an extra service. After a few more phone calls where I was accused of lying, and told that our dumpster would be RE-DUMPTED (their term) that day. Later I did receive a call telling it had been RE-DUMPTED! It was at this point I had reached my limit to their rude and disrespectful attitude. I informed them that I wanted to end our relationship. I asked them to send out the required paperwork to accomplish this. Two weeks later and I had not received any word from anyone. I called to find out how to terminate service, and was told they would get back to me. Later that day I received an email stating that It would cost more that $1500 to cancel our contract. This company does not care if their customers are happy or satisfied! They are all about getting PAID!!!
