But it's nice to be able to actually see and feel a product before ordering it online, so it's worth the effort. The staff was busy at the counter with other customers, so it was hard to get help that day beyond a friendly greeting. But I did find out that they have far more options available online than what is displayed there. Prices, barring a sale, range from mid to high. I didn't find anything that called out to me that day, and I didn't have time to deal with online ordering, but I'll definitely check them out in advance for future projects. No appointment necessary, and they do have weekend hours.

Trying to keep a positive outlook, I walked into the store despite wanting to flee for my life. I kept thinking it would get better as I made my way through the store. Most businesses display their newest and best stuff at the entrance so that wasn't a good indicator but I was trying to keep a positive attitude. There were a few fixtures that might have been okay but mostly it was chrome chrome chrome. Just because an item has a 1k price tag doesn't mean it is good. I can say the store is clean because it would have to be with all that seizure inducing chrome. There is an elevated area in the back of the store with ceiling fans and garage sale style foldable tables upon which was junk for sale. I wish it wasn't junk but when you look at what appears to be stick on light strips, really what else can it be called? That was the entire store. After the installation, we noticed that the shade was damaged and the fixture was a whole bubble off level. Upon closer inspection, the box had been damaged and repaired before it left the store. After some wrangling, the store agreed to return the product to supplier. Problem is who is going to remove the damaged light and reinstall the replacement light? Texas Bright said that it was not their responsibility for any removal nor re-installation of a replacement light. Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars. I will never set foot in their establishment again and I intend to inform our decorator. The staff exhibit an attitude and customer service is minimal at best. The sales staff were very patient, fully explanatory with my questions in layman's terms as they full understood that I simply place items into the appliance and that is as far as my "expertise" is!! In all seriousness, I came away with both two dishwashers that met all of my expectations and the delivery crew is top notch!! They were incredibly patient, delightful guys that I felt great remorse and guilt as the installation of one of the dishwater's was a magic trick that took a few tries but they pulled it off!!! I will never shop anywhere but Ferguson as they give you red carpet service from the moment you walk in to the last bit of card board and bits are taken with their wonderful and delightful crew!!! He sarcastically questioned why I would want to matt the prints. I told him they were gifts and he replied "the person will probably just remove the matts, not sure why you want to do this?" This was not in a helpful tone at all. Just rude and snarky. He then advised it would be $150 to matt all three prints, as though that would deter me. He looked at me as though I was stupid, and my 12 year old son even suggested we just take our prints and leave the store. Won't ever be back there again.
