I was charged for the service and they didn't even do the plugs. Then they left my car in even worse condition than when I brought it in by leaving zipties and a roll of tape in a hazardous place, left sensors unplugged (MAF and Diff temp) and my intake unseated. My sub wire was broken, washer fluid switch doesn't work, and much more. Kolby is impossible to reach and they dodged my calls and texts for a week. He took zero responsibility for what happened and was very rude and tries to scam college kids out of there money. Do not waste your time here, take your vehicle anywhere else!

Yes you read me correct ,a towing company that can and will work with you to get your vehicle back , and not against you so that they can profit off of your misfortune,like far to many other towing companies out there. The guy that came to get my SUV was nice and I could tell he did truly feel bad for my situation, but had a job to do all the same .We joked about My Ford Escape having to be boosted every time I wanted to start the thing ! It was a welcome attitude and smile after what I had just deal with ! Knowing it would be atleast a week until I got paid and could even consider getting my SUV out of towing jail . So when I did call the office to see how much I would have to pay to get my only running vehicle out of impound , there were tears rolling down my face . I have had this situation before and no fault of mine but it still cost me in the end and I lost a good car because of it ! But Darcy and the driver ( sorry forgot his name) worked with me so I was able to affordability get my SUV back ! This would not have been the case with at least one other local towing company out of Didsbury !! Yes I understand this is a business and they are not running charity,and I do know (was married to the fleet mechanic of one of the largest towing company in BC back in the day) first hand that the job these guys do is most times a dirty one ! Tell me honestly more often than not, your not happy to have to call a tow truck as it always means something has gone wrong and that means $$$ Or the other end where the police are involved and they have it impounded from anywhere 24 hrs to 30days ! The drivers put their lives on the line almost daily with most calls,and never know what will be at the other end of the call out when they get to them ! Anyway you look at it, A) It's a dirty job someone has to do B) Try being respect before you start swearing , sometimes it makes things go much smoother for yourself and the company . Due to good reviews in Facebook and Google, I have my SUV repaired there last May due to a coolant…read moreleak and they said the radiator was done and needs to be changed. I paid about $800 for the repair. After just under 2 months, the coolant was leaking again so I took the car back thinking that they'll fix it with minimal charge under warranty. NOT!! They wanted more money and said that the damage this time was unrelated and it will cost me another $300+ to fix it. I declined because I lost my trust to these guys. They still charged me almost $60 for just that. Good luck in your decision if you want to use this shop. They want repeat customers...in a negative way for me at least. No repeat here for sure..and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

Had some brake work done on my Mercedes, about a year later the brakes were no longer functioning…read moreproperly? I contacted Tools in Motion and they told me the brakes were under warranty but wanted to do an inspection. Upon inspection, they noticed a slide pin had not been properly lubricated and the brake pads got stuck in one position damaging several parts including the alloy wheel. Here is where it gets good. The mechanic said they refused to warranty it because and I quote "There is no way my service tech forgot to lubricate this" they charged me for the inspection But wait it gets better. I asked them to price out the parts to fix it, an hour later I hear back and they want 850 dollars using aftermarket parts. I priced the parts on the NAPA website and they came to 325 dollars. Will never use this garage again, after spending thousands of dollars on several cars they have the audacity to treat a good customer like this. Never again

They were recommended to me by W&B Automotive, when I bought my very first car and I needed Winter Tires. Don was extremely accommodating. Every time I have a flat and need a tire repair, they've always gotten me in right away and gotten it fixed immediately. Sometimes at no-charge even! My most recent experience was today. On Saturday I got a flat tire in Madden, AB and had to get AMA to come change my tire. I tried to get into Canadian Tire to have them fix it, and they told me the hole was "Too big for the plug" and that I needed to buy a new tire. And they were going to charge me a fortune for it because I have 17" low-profile tires. I took it in to Don this morning and he had a look at it and was able to fix it. I ALWAYS recommend OK tire to my friends and colleagues when they ask me where a good place to buy tires is. Even if they live in Calgary, the quality of service is well worth it.

I haven't found any issues at all, friendly service, fast service and a clean shop which is something I can admire. I used another tire company in Airdrie previously and have not gone back to that other company.
