The owner was condescending and entirely unsympathetic about the position he caused. Instead of holding his tongue and listening to provide a solid and reliable time he threatened that switching service to a different provider would set a repair back another week. Happy to say he was wrong. My home warranty company arranged a new provider who came out and completed the repair in a day. If you can't provide or deliver the service do not pick up the contract.

The issues lay with Shelly. Shelly is the secretary in the office. When you call for service she tells you she will call you back with an appointment. She never does instead it's early in the morning and you have people at the door. No one calls you they just show up . I have had numerous issues with this and numerous conversations about this with them. I have chewed her out the owner about it non stop. Yesterday I am in the middle of a zoom meeting and all of a sudden my door bell rings . I look out and see their work van . I'm like I have not scheduled anything. Then another ring and another ring then knocking . By this time I'm furious cause I'm in the middle of a meeting and having to end a work meeting to see what's up . Now keep in mind I have a door bell camera. When I get outside I see the man at the van . I said can I help you . He said Executive sent me out to get a pic of your furnace. I said no one called me. He said they should have then proceeds to walk towards the house I turned around and told him make an appointment I'm in the middle of a work meeting and you are banging and ringing my door non stop he proceeds to yell back at me . I walked I'm the house and called Shelly and let her know I have a job and she has one and how would she like it . She then tells me oh I did not know this was your house . How does that matter? They are so unprofessional!!!!!! So this morning I email the Executive and get a email back . They state they never ever asked for them to talk a pic of the furnace. Hmm so they are liars too. Be Leary of this business and Shelly as she is rude and very unprofessional!

Marty really went out of his way to make sure that he fixed our AC and that it stays fixed. He did all of this at a great price and he made room to help us on his weekend even if first went out, to the point that we felt bad for being an inconvenience - but he was patient and kind the whole time. Fingers crossed our PITA heat pump system will survive the summer thanks to Marty, but if it doesn't, we'll know who to call.

My legacy HVAC unit was a 90% HVAC unit from about 2015 "upgrade". In the wintertime, the drainage…read moretube froze, and water drained into my closet ceiling under the HVAC in the attic. I was ready to switch to separate units which ran in the wall and outside unit. I talked to Vickrey H&A and they said I should have used an 80% heater unit. So, in December 2024 I switched for $3500 to the 80 percent unit. The winter was okay. Then the following summer (2025) I discovered water again in my closed but now on the floor. I had to pull out the rug and padding in the closet. I called Vickrey H&A and it took them 3 days before they could come out. The problem was the drain line was broken. It took them 30 minutes to re-epoxy the drain, but the water leaked into the water heater closet and caused black mold to build up. I had to get another team to spend all day pulling out the closet sheetrock and putting in new sheetrock, then re-inserting the water heater. It was only then that I found out that the AC vents were leaking air and needed to be taped up. I've been heating the attic to avoid condensate from freezing. They had 5 guys at my house in December, but they could not figure out that the vents leaked. They never followed up on the heat service replacement issues. And I don't expect them to follow up on the AC repair.

You really only know how good a person or company is when something doesn't go as planned. This is…read moreone of those times. Tommy showed up after sending apologies for being late (traffic). Didn't have to, he wasn't late. They said he'd be there 8-10a. Said "GPS says I'll be there for 8:17a". Good start in my book. Tom toured the 2 floor home. It has brand new oil furnace, forced air in an "octopus" vent system, so we expected to be paying their high range of $500ish. That's half what others have quoted us though. We opted for sanitizer as well (with Moms allergies we decided to since it was being done). That was $200-250. Has a nice lemony scent for a little while, minor. Lasts less than an hour. Tom finished his work 1-2p and while he did turn on furnace to see if debris came out anywhere, nothing of note did at that time. It happened later on that soot and debris came out of all the vents. We contacted Tommy and here's why he gets the five stars he deserves. He immediately apologized profusely. He said while he's not sure why it was doing that now and didn't before, he will come right back out as soon as possible. He couldn't return until Saturday, he was on jobs when we told him (the day after, so one day was in between). And return he did. He texted his arrival time and apologized again when he showed up. He's genuine in demeanor, I don't get that vibe that he knew something was off. He was sincerely sorry and felt bad the job wasn't satisfied, worse felt bad my Mom's allergies were triggered. He spent several more hours this morning cleaning up anything he saw, and of course troubleshot where he thought the catches of debris may have happened. Very "extra" thorough, as best he could. Tommy stood by his work. His very words were he warranties his work, an actual warranty or moral one I don't think that mattered to him. He and I agree, the home's octopus vents and setup possibly made this job more difficult than a usual one. To me, it's how you handle those ones that go haywire that highlight what kind of a person and company you are. These guys passed with flying colors.

I have previously had to rely on the large HVAC companies in Tulsa, and my experience was totally dependent on the technician who showed up. I was lucky to find UrgentAir on yelp and only called because the ratings were perfect. I completely understand why he's 5 stars now. Steve diagnosed our issue in about 5 mins.
