I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor and whether there were any alternative options or pricing tiers. None were available, and no one could explain the pricing beyond "that's just what it is." The $3,100 charge for a water heater felt high, especially given that I was told there was only one option and no flexibility. I later received a call from the plumbing manager explaining that the higher cost was due to an extended warranty and the use of brass parts, which I appreciated. However, I still never received a clear breakdown or the ability to compare options. I followed up multiple times with management and ownership to share feedback and ask for clarification and never received a response. That lack of engagement is what ultimately led me to post this review. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect: the work itself may be fine, but if you have questions about cost, want to understand what you're paying for, or hope for engagement when concerns are raised, you may not get it. I'll be going elsewhere for plumbing work in the future.
