Joey hooked up my brother and I with the application of a glass screen protector. Thank you for your customer service, it was much appreciated.

I found a coupon on Groupon for Rescue Tronics; iPhone 6 screen repair for $89 ($95 after tax). I thought this was a great deal considering it was $140 everywhere else plus tax. The store was clean and well organized. We were greeted by a friendly man who looked at my groupon and redeemed it without question. He told me it would be ready within 15-20 min. He also told me he could put a tempered glass screen protector on for $10, which included installation. He was fast, professional, and helpful. Now I have a beautiful iPhone screen again. The work was done very well!

The device was at full brightness for this photo. notice the incorrect margins and large punch hole.

This felt like a bait and switch type situation. I was pleased they had availability on the day I…read morerequested and I understood the trip cost would be $64.99 to come out and diagnose the problem. No other pricing was discussed or provided. Levi came out and diagnosed the need to do a hard reset of the router for $378 including tax. I looked it up and this is a 5-10 minute job that only requires the plugging in of a few cords/wires and the push of a button. I thanked him for diagnosing the problem and said I would do it myself. He went back to get his tools and advised the $378 price would remain open if I was unable to complete the task. It took me two hours to do the job because Levi had taken the correct ethernet wire and shoved it up into the ceiling. I know it was him because the ethernet wires are labeled and when I finally realized I had not seen the Telco marked wire, I began to search for it. These aren't wires that can just slip up on their own as they hang down about 2' and all 2' of the ethernet was stuffed up in the ceiling and I had seen the Telco wire prior to Levi arriving because I tried to troubleshoot beforehand. If the wire had not been stuffed up into the ceiling, the entire job would have taken about 10 minutes. I advised Techrepair DFW of this issue and there was no reply or response. I would not recommend them but, if you do use them, make sure you get pricing up front and that you watch their technicians at all times to prevent these types of improper shenanigans.

It was a SunPro multi tester, it wouldn't work even though I put a fresh 9 V battery in it. It had a rattle inside of it and I'm not an electronics guy so I thought it prudent to let the professionals take a look at it and fix it. The gentleman who greeted me was very nice, warm, talkative, and quite agreeable to taking a look at my Sunpro multi tester device and attempting to fix it. He walked into the back after taking it apart did something brought it back and said it was working!!. (It was). As I started to leave it still had the rattle and when I turned around to ask the gentleman about it he said don't worry it's nothing that's gonna short out the circuit board. I remonstrated a bit and said are you sure? And he assured me everything was OK. Well I am Asperger autistic and OCD. When I got home I took it apart removing the circuit board to discover the main fuse just floating around underneath the circuit board, a metal-cladded fuse. Something that certainly and Dustin and potentially Will short out a circuit board. It was a physically oversized fuse meaning that it had been replaced at one time.... I wanted to take it back to him and just let him know that the rattle was indeed a concern that should've been looked at and I wanted to do so even if it been paying to have the job done properly with the right size (physical size that is) fuse. But I'm in my 60s and I'm a bit black-pilled with what I think on my reasonable expectations for people to do a thorough and adequate top-notch job anymore these days. /sigh
