I never give reveiws but I am going to today. I had broke the screen on my S7 business phone about a month ago. Chad was able to order the part and get it back to me in just a couple of hours. About 2 weeks after that unfortunately I had broke it again. Well I called Chad on his cell phone, it was his birthday and he was on his way out of town. Knowing how important my business phone is to me he stopped what he was doing on his birthday and on his way out of town to order me a new screen (the S7 screen is not a stocked item and not so much in demand) He said come in in 2 hours and his associates would fix me up. And to go even further he waterproofed my phone at no charge. (When you break the factory seal to replace the screen the phone is no longer waterproof) Thank you very much Chad, you are awesome!! read more

I didn't post any reviews on these guys when I went there for first time, because I wanted to be sure that I am not mistaken, I needed to be sure that they are a real deal. So, today February 24 and I am here. I came to fix my daughter's Nintendo . You wouldn't believe it but, they fixed it in one hour, wowww!!!!!! Any other places will send me home and expect me to come next day, but not them . They also changed the screen on my iPhone in minutes. I've had my iphone(s) repaired here about 4 times now. Mostly, because I like to shatter my screens, but I've also had my camera replaced recently. I've continued to come here for my iPhone repair needs, because the pricing seems to be very fair in comparison to other places in the area, but also the work done has been quality and extremely timely. The owner seems to understand that his customers do not want to be without their phones for any longer than necessary. Usually he's been able to have my phone good as new in a few hours or less, and if he can't he will tell me when to come back, so that I don't have to leave my phone over night or all day. I have an HTC One (M7) that needed a screen and lcd replacement. I called around and some places wanted nearly $200 to fix the phone - if they would even work on it. I contacted Rescue Tronics on a Saturday afternoon and by that evening my phone was fixed. I had purchased the replacement parts separately, and they even used those to fix my broken phone, so I only paid labor charges. This place is amazing! I shattered the heck out of my phone - back pocket, sat in a metal chair, broke it - Chad told me it would be done in about an hour about 30 mins later I get a text from my boyfriend cell phone saying we're good to go! I google computer repairs in the Lewisville area and Rescuetronics popped up. I called and Chad answered the phone. He asked what problems I was having and just by his answers I took both my laptop and desktop in for repairs. My old laptop now runs just like it did when I purchased it in 2011. Both of my sons' laptop were broken within few months apart. For the first broken one (cracked monitor screen), they repaired it within a few days and the cost was very minimal (I got several higher quotes from other places for the same issue). For the second laptop, it took longer to troubleshoot, but the person making the attempt, Chad, finally repaired it after ordering the needed parts. This place is great, Chad worked on my phone and did an AMAZING job. My phone was very badly damaged on the front and back and he fixed it for the VERY reasonable price of $410. I was expecting to spend a lot more. Chad also threw in a free protective phone case and a free screen protecter. I recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone fixed. My screen on my iPhone was broken (I didn't break it) I took it to Rescue Tronic. They fixed it very quickly and the charge was very reasonable. I bought a iPad Pro. It didn't have a screen protector on it. The place I bought the iPad Pro wanted $55. for the screen protector I took it to Rescue Tronics and they were out of the screen proctor. This was my second phone repair with Chad at Rescue Tronics and once again completely satisfied! My husbands phone had completely died and Chad determined it had a virus. I stopped by to get my laptop looked at for a virus. Chad recommended a re-image and my laptop is now as good as new. My data was backed up and put back and I have not had any issues ever since.
