If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD!! ***GREAT, VERY CAPABLE, HONEST, AND FRIENDLY!!!*** I was referred to this place by my father who had an issue with his iPhone. They did a great job on his phone and were very reasonably priced. I took my mother in law's iPhone to get the screen and battery replaced. They took a little less than an hour and the repairs are top notch! read more

I don't leave reviews often but, this shop and the man who runs it is fantastic at what he does and even better with customer service. So pleased with my experience! He didn't even mind my daily calls to check on the tablet. Seriously amazing! Honestly this guy made a rough day better just by being so kind and I won't go anywhere else for repairs or phone cases. Our laptop was running super slow. We worked on it, cleaned out things and nothing would improve the speed. Opening an application took minutes! Also, sweet tea made the keys sticky and we couldn't resolve either. We were a little worried about taking it to be repaired that we would pay too much for what needed to be done. Found this place which had great reviews and here I am leaving a great review for their service. They replaced something inside (sorry don't remember what it was called) and the key board. It cost much less than expected and the service was outstanding. I will definitely return when we have a computer or cell phone issue. read more

I stopped in here to inquire about repairing the charge port on my iPhoneX because I have been unable to get any charger to make a solid connection lately. Mohammed examined the phone and quoted me $79 to replace the port. He also suggested that I could use a cordless charger with no problem. Since I'm planning to get the new iPhone soon I opted to just use a cordless charger for now. But the customer service was prompt and honest I think, since he could have told me the only option was to replace the port. I will definitely use this place if I ever need phone repairs in the future! read more

I had to get my MSI computer fixed and found the reviews on here helpful with making the decision to come to this repair shop. The crew is nice and was able to fix my computer in about 2 or 3 days. My daughter broke her ipod glass riding her bike and I called several stores on pricing. This place was definitely the most reasonable. The owner was kind and helpful and even stayed a few mins after he closed so that I could pick up the Ipod as I was coming back late from a business trip. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.

That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.

Make sure to come to this place ! It's Great. Amazing service. Amazing work. Story : I signed up for a trade in at AT&T. With my luck, the screen went out two days before I did my trade in (phones got shipped since they weren't in stock) so they weren't able to accept it until I reset it and got the IMEI. Not calling anyone out, but I called a store very close to this one, asked if by any chance they could hookup a screen temporarily so I could get the IMEI and factory reset it. They cut me off before I could finish asking my question. Said they don't do that and I would have to pay for the entire screen. I called this store, they heard my situation, and said yes. They could absolutely help me out. When I went into the store, they immediately greeted me and helped me out. The older gentleman did me a favor and even peeled off the plastic cover on the screen so I could use my Face ID for settings. What other place would do that ?? No other place but this one. 11/10. The older gentleman even talked to me about Spain. Great man and great convo. He even helped me factory reset my phone. read more

I had broken my phone by pulling out the SIM tray. it got stuck and then the tray snapped like a twig. That put me in the situation where my phone was completely a usable mess. The gentleman there was incredibly nice. I went to say what the damage was and in mid-sentence, he completed my sentence in unison. It was then I was able to size up the character of this person. This man was a virtuoso of craftsmanship. I left feeling like this guy was a king of kings with electronics. His prices are even reasonable! My IPad screen was totally blank. Pitch black. Took it to Computer and Cell Phone thinking it might need a battery. The owner looked at it, took the cover off, opened the iPad and in no time at all the IPad came on. He explained it was something to do with the surger getting over charged, therefore it automatically went dead. He told me anyone could have told me it was a different problem and charged me an arm and a leg. He put the IPad back together and didn't charge me a dime.
