He arrived even before the scheduled time so I was able to make it where I needed to be in plenty of time. On the way back, he even was willing to wait for my friend and I so we could complete the necessary paperwork at the medical center. Next time I use this taxi service I will be requesting Alex again as he made the whole experience as easy as possible.

But what is really messed up, is the drivers are unlicensed, under the table employees. As such, there is zero accountability. Case in point, we got out of the 'taxi' (just some dude in a beater 9 out of 10 times), dude was still within our line of vision, hadn't gone a block and we realized my friends wallet was in the car. When I say, I made eye contact w dude as we were frantically waving him down- it's no exaggeration. He straight up shrugged and kept going. When we called they denied everything. By call number two, they just hung up on us at the jump. If you don't care about the safety that comes with having, an even minimally, vetted driver & you don't mind being stolen from- either outright, or by made up fares, then is for you!
