When we got there, the office at the address was a UPS or some other shipping store. We ditched them and since our flight was at 5:00 a.m., we couldn't take chances with such a fly-by-night (no pun intended) outfit. I had an awful experience with this company. I would never recommend them. Especially if you don't have any other transportation option to get to the airport. Reserve at your own risk. I reserved a ride to LAX at 6:00am. I received a confirmation email, and I also spoke with someone at the company to make sure I was leaving enough time to get to the airport to make it to my flight on time. They told me it would be no problem because the driver will arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the scheduled time and they would text me to let me know that they have arrived. Well, before I realized it, it was 6am and I didn't receive a text. I eventually called them at 6:20am and didn't get an answer. So I left a voicemail. We decided to drive to the airport because we didn't want to risk waiting any longer. No one ever showed up. No one called. No one texted. And I still haven't heard from the company. There are a lot of other companies to choose from. Try ANY of the others. read more

The only thing I hate more than a middle seat on the plane is driving home from LAX to Santa Clarita after an overseas flight. Add the construction, both at the airport and on the 405, and it makes you think more about a "staycation" instead. After reading the positive reviews of SUV2LAX, booked an appointment online and hoped for the best. We were texted the day before reminding us of our appointment, received a status text that morning and had the great pleasure of being picked up by Erik. Arrived a few minutes early, waited out front until the garage door opened and then became an extension of our trip. Helped with luggage, great conversation the drive down and then explained how the pick-up works upon our return. Sure enough, it went just as smooth on the way home. We have used him on a few occasions, the most important ones being with my wife either traveling solo or with our daughters. I flew into LAX and the first driver from SUV2LAX was professional, the car was clean I felt safe and the ride was smooth. On the return trip the car was older, however, clean the driver was professional, and the ride was smooth. The second driver never wore a mask. I felt he endangered my life. I just stopped talking to him and doubled masked. Can I report this to the Health Department in California. For nearly $400, I will never recommend or use this service again. That second driver put my life in danger. I wished I would have videoed the driver. There was not a protective barrier separating us. Please be aware of car services and their rules and regulations. This is definitely the company I will be using again in the future for rides to LAX. The old driver I used to use did not have a big enough car for my family since we now had 5 children. I did a ton of research and read a bunch of reviews on yelp to find a new company to use. Out of all the companies I called, SUV2LAX had the best price which was a flat fee. When I told them I needed 5 baby seats (all different sizes), I expected them to charge me more like the other companies I spoke with but they told me there was no additional charge! The person on the phone was professional and very patient. The reservation process took no longer than 5 minutes. After the reservation was made, I got confirmation emails and texts as the date got closer which I really appreciated. Reliability: My driver, Erik arrived to my home 30 minutes early. He waited outside and sent me a text letting me know he was ready any time I was and he never rushed me. When we checked out the car, all 5 baby seats were there just like they said. The car was clean and Erik was very professional. One thing we appreciated was that he drove in a safe manner unlike previous drives we have used from different companies. He got us to the airport on time. When I returned from my vacation, my family was worried because our flight was delayed about 2 hours. When I turned on my cell phone after we landed at LAX, there was a voicemail from Erik saying he had been checking my flight schedule real time and was already waiting for me. He never rushed me and never complained about us being late. When I walked out of the airport, he was there to pick us up. When he found out we had 2 additional suitcases that we bought on our trip, without missing a beat he rearranged everything in the car to make sure everything would fit. This was customer service at its finest! Convenience: When we returned from our 13 hour flight, words can't express how convenient it was to have Erik pick us up, help with the luggage and drive us home. I can't imagine having to wait for a shuttle, move all my luggage on it, remove all my luggage, wait to pick up my car and then drive 1 hour home all with 5 young kids after not sleeping for 24 hours. Very easy to make reservations via online, early prompt service, reasonable price (cheaper than other companies I called prior) and made it an awesome experience! Our drivers were Fernando and Ari and they were both friendly and did a great job! I booked an SUV for 5 people and lots of luggage from our home to LAX on New Years Day with two days' notice. All of the other companies I contacted were either fully booked or took hours to get back to me. SUV2LAX had a Chevy Suburban available and confirmed via email right away. When I booked our transportation, I had a lot of people weigh in and much to consider...use Uber (which can be very unreliable when missing your timeframe for catching a flight has more consequences than missing your dinner reservation) and had some pretty "odd" drivers with my previous service. This service is not cheap. But I have to tell you, worth every single penny. I was traveling with my daughters and our driver Eric was the absolute best. He was a few minutes early on our way to the airport and when he picked us up de our return I had a text he was there and waiting for us. (I recommend the meet and greet service). The vehicles are well cared for, the drivers professional, and overall a great experience. Last minute I decided against taking the flyaway to lax on my last trip With 3 cildren, 5 check in luggages and 3 hand carry on bags, it made sense to get a shuttle direct to the airport. Was one click away from reserving a ride when I had this weird feeling to check out the online reviews of shuttle service. To my horror there were so many issues about their reliability and the ratings were mostly ione to two stars. There were soany reviews that were only days old. I definitely did not want to be left grabbing an Uber at the last moment after waiting, with that many kids and luggages and miss our flight. Do I looked at another popular shuttle service and the reviews were no better! I was shocked at how these shuttle services wronged the local flying public. So I decided to look into the small or family owned limo or SUV service companies. They had high ratings but few, meaning they could let 5 of their friends or family write phony reviews to make them look good. Also their rates were higher, although in this case I was more concerned that they showed up on time. Then I found SUV2LAX which had consistently 5 star reviews on Yelp, TripAdvisor and Facebook and called them first before I booked online. I started getting reminder text messages a day before our flight and on the day of two. Also Erik picked us up 15 minutes early which I needed for all the last minute must do before a big family trip. He came in a big but sleek black SUV the ones the secret service men use. Erik himself looked like a secret service agent. Tall, wearing a black jacket, sunglasses....we were being whisked in style! We arrived just as I had hoped, in time and uneventful. And the charge was the same as what the private shuttle service would have charged me, although for this level of service one would expect to pay more. I'm so glad I found SUV2LAX.
