I am writing this review with trepidation as I'm worried that if I sing Cenira's praises too loud I will lose my normal spot in her schedule. Cenira and team do great work. They are more than thorough, like for example, they even dust my couch. And I don't mean dust the couch with a feather duster...when they are done, there are stripes on my couch from every inch being wiped with a clean cloth. It is on the expensive side but for this attention to detail, it is worth it. I would also mention that because of this deep cleaning completed every time, I can go every other week or in some cases even once a month. I'd also like to comment on some of the reviews I've read: ***I'm not sure about the reviews regarding her English--she has an accent but she speaks English fluently. ***Also a bit baffled by the pricing comments that I see in some of the other reviews. I wouldn't expect someone to tell me the cost of cleaning my house without first seeing the space.....I would certainly expect very different pricing based on square footage, number of rooms, number of bathrooms etc. At any rate, I thank Blair K as I read her review over a year ago and then called Cenira. It is because of Blair and the other yelps on Resende that I have a clean house and a smile on my face every time they leave. read more

I need a move out cleaning. Cenira seems relundent to give an estimate. Finally she said it is $25 an hour per person, so it can be 3 people for ~6 hours. Frankly, $450 to clean a 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom house (without windows and carpet cleaning) is too high for me. Besides, the house is not that dirty. She may be doing a very good job, but her price is very expensive too! read more

Cenira and her crew cleaned my 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse yesterday. The place was a mess, frat house style, but after the clean I now know how the place looked and felt the day it was built. I felt bad and embarrassed the place was so dirty but it was no problem for these gals. The way loose items were gathered, categorized and stacked was pure genius. I could have spent a week trying to clean and organise and it would never have come out so well. Cenira was very friendly and was a pleasure to speak with. She had some good cleaning tips for me and was just enjoyable to chat with. The girls even cleaned my gross balcony with cigarette butts and such. I definitely did not think that was part of the deal. Sliding glass balcony doors were also cleaned, inside and out. I highly recommend Cenira and her girls. I am having them come in once a month from now on for some maintenance cleaning. read more

I lucked out this week-twice! Our home, while generally orderly, was in a huge need of a thorough cleaning. My wife and I are completely absorbed in work during the week--with very little energy left to clean the home on the weekend. Sunday I did a search, found Resende Cleaning, called Cenira, and she and her crew were able to carve out some time on Monday. That is lucky. I was also lucky to have settled on Resende Cleaning Service. Cenira and crew came to the house yesterday and really gave it a thorough cleaning! They cleaned all the wood blinds (we have lots of windows), dusted places that haven't been dusted in a long time--like on top of ceiling fans, on top of non-visible bookcases, even in the space between the carpet and the wall! They wiped, scrubbed, polished---lots of places where I didn't expect it. Of course they did the expected dusting--vacuuming and bathroom cleanings. But the thing that really convinced me was when I looked into the floor track where the patio sliding door travels. With our 2 dogs that track was filthy. I knew I had made a good selection with Cenira when I saw that she had noticed how dirty the track was and had cleaned it! That was the real proof to me; she saw something that needed cleaning--and didn't just skip over it like some other housekeepers. She took care of it! I have been reluctant to hire a house cleaning service- since it has been my observation that I do a better job than most services. This is not the case with Cenira Resende and her crew. We will be having them return on a regular basis--and hopefully the updates to this review will continue to be this positive! Very lucky indeed! read more

Just wanted to add on based on reading some of the other comments: Pricing: Cenira is very flexible working with you setting up a price that works for you and that is why she would probably give the best estimate when she is actually in a home talking with the homeowner. She actually is less than a lot of other cleaners I tried but does a superior job by far. As for the English: Cenira does have an accent but I can understand her perfectly, she also makes sure that if her cleaning crew are there without her that they also have atleast one person who is fluent in English. Again I do nothing but sing praises for Cenira and her staff, I really do not know what I would do with all of the help they give me! read more

We tried Cenira twice, and she charged us $300 each time. The cleaning was thorough. However, both times she broke our brand new plantation shutters and two stove burners. As I prefer more careful cleaners, I won't be hiring her again. read more

Clean with a side of chaos. Let's start with the house is clean, but we are still recovering. Attention to detail is lacking: (a) showed up & asked me for supplies, heads up on this would be good before arriving (b) nothing is in its original spot: tooth brushes in wrong bathroom, lotion in the shower, wifi speakers & cable unplugged, things moved from right side of room to the left, spice wrack is clean but is now randomly reorganized, kids stuffed animals are in the bottom of laundry hamper not on the bed. It feels like post cleaning scavenger hunt, can't handle that every two weeks. And yes, her accent is heavy but workable, the crew: no English but hardworking. You coulda fooled me. I agree with S.C., I was put off by her phone demeanor and lack of the English language. I will not hire anyone if I cannot understand them, but she would not give me a price and their website does not come up for whatever reason. read more

What can I say? Cenira and her team are amazing! We recently moved to Dublin from Texas and the people that moved out of our house before we moved in clearly didn't have it cleaned...EVER! After trying to get it cleaned myself, I gave up and came to Yelp to see if there were any reviews on cleaning services. I called Cenira and another cleaning service I found here and chose Cenira. She did the BEST job ever! She and her team vacuumed my headboard, couches, just did such a fantastic job. In all the cleaning services I have had over the years in different places, Cenira takes the cake, hands down!! While not 'cheap', she is well worth every penny she charges. She is friendly and enjoyed meeting my kids when they got home from school. I feel like she's a part of our family already. Very nice woman. Cleaning is inconsistent and she likes to call very late at night (after 9pm) or very early in morning (7am) she calls and calls and calls to get you to answer the phone. Sweetest woman ever just needs to get a more professional business Oh and she will want to use your cleaning supplies which I didn't know until I looked and all of mine were gone. read more

I've never had housekeeping services before, and as a first-timer, I'm especially sensitive to the idea of a stranger coming into my home. I called Resende Cleaning to inquire about services and the woman who answered was incredibly abrupt and rude. I didn't have a good feeling, so I politely got off the phone. She called me back 3 times despite my saying, "Actually, no thanks" and the final 4th time I finally told her that I wasn't comfortable with her phone demeanor. I was polite, never rude. She hung up on me. I would never use a service so impolite and unprofessional from the moment the phone was answered. If it's that uncomfortable from the first second, how can you ever be comfortable with that person in your house unattended? Ugh. Horrible. read more

Cenira did a wonderful job cleaning our house. We were moving into the house that we bought and thought that it looked clean, but after Cenira and her crew were done I could really see the difference. The hard water scales on the shower doors were all removed and they started sparkling like new. They did an amazing job with the windows and the window tracks.
