The lady said the soonest was 12/12:30, but the nurse actually said she was able to come 2-2.5 hours earlier. Note: I made the call at 8:40 and only had to wait 1.5-2 hours to get assigned a nurse, which is totally fine because I called morning of. I got assigned Kalita for the drip iv. Omg she's such an angel! Super nice and knowledgeable about the products being used and any questions we had. Overall it was a fast easy process as this was me and my boyfriends first time. Reset IV saved my birthday trip to Vegas bigtime! After our first night of heavy partying and bottle service, I was in quite a state the next day. I tried to ride it out the entire afternoon, but by 7PM I still couldn't even keep a sip of water down so I became desperate for help. I had heard of the IV drip services in Vegas so started looking them up and ended up on Reset IV's website which was super clear on what different types of drips they have and how they can add things on catered to your needs. I booked online and immediately received a phone call to reconfirm all the details. I got a text a few minutes later from the RN, Benny, saying he was heading out soon and would be there within 30 minutes. He texted me again when he was parking his car. Salvation was near! Benny was super professional, asked me all the necessary questions, had all the necessary gear with him, hooked me up on the first try (I have pretty bad veins especially when dehydrated). The drip itself took about 15 minutes because they use an air pressure bag to pump the liquids in faster. I also received anti-nausea and painkiller supplemental shots. Within minutes I already started feeling better. After we were done, I did not relapse at all, which I found miraculous after having thrown up 20 times during the day. I actually kept all my liquids and food down that evening. The next day I was out at the pool during the day and went to another (not so crazy) party at night. We called to make an appointment at 9am and was told they only had 2pm available so I tried to manage but then we get a call at 1pm, an hour before the appointment, letting us know that they had to cancel and no one else is available. The refund takes anywhere between 2 - 3 business days, not including the holiday, so now I'm out 200 dollars unable to use a different service. If you're going to Las Vegas, put Reset IV's phone number in your contacts list. They are truly a trip savior! I flew into Las Vegas in September to celebrate mine and my brothers birthday. We went out to dinner and I wasn't feeling super hot. It felt like maybe a stomach bug or something I picked up on the plane. I hate flying for that reason. After barely eating much at our late dinner and feeling super nauseous, we headed back to the room at the Aria. I barely made it into the room and just started throwing up. It just kept on going. For a good hour. I tried to put down some water and failed miserably. At this point, I knew I had two choices. Go to the hospital and get an IV and anti-nausea meds or try to find a Mobile IV service you always hear about in Vegas. I wasn't going to let this ruin my trip to Las Vegas! I knew a hospital couldn't do much and it was likely a fast-acting, hard-hitting stomach bug. I got on my phone and found ResetIV. It was around midnight when I called ResetIV. They explained they could have someone there in under 45-minutes. We agreed on the very-reasonable pricing and they sent their registered nurse out to get an IV going. Roughly 30 minutes later, I hear a knock at my hotel room door. The nurse: Keirvy, introduced himself and asked if it was okay to come in. He had all the equipment and medications with him in a huge medical bag. He definitely came fully prepared! He got all my personal information and asked all the pertinent medical/Heath questions. Meanwhile, he set up the IV stand and hung the saline. He called the doctor and explained he planned to start fluids. The doctor spoke with me to discuss the initial treatment plan of starting fluids. I provided consent and they got the IV started. I told the nurse which arm is best to stick. I've had IVs in the past and always have luck with the one on the inside of my arm. He was a great stick. No digging, no issues. He got the line in on the first stick. His competence certainly eased my mind. Next, he called the doctor again and explained what he planned to give medication wise for my nausea/vomiting. The doctor spoke with me and went over the treatment plan for me. It was great to know an actual doctor was overseeing my care throughout my treatment. I consented to treatment and thanked the doctor for his care. The nurse started with a dose of anti-nausea and anti-heartburn medication. It greatly reduced the burning in my stomach from all the throwing up. However, the nausea was still lingering around. He called the doctor back and explained the situation. The doctor authorized an additional medication for the nausea. The doctor and nurse explained the risks of this medication and ensured I was comfortable with that. I consented to the care and we started the medication. Immediately, I felt relief. I also felt a bit sleepy but I was not worried. The nurse stayed at my side the entire time, checking in with me every five minutes or so since I was dozing off. The level of care was TOP-NOTCH. I live in Chicago and I haven't had that good of care in the ER! They are truly competent and compassionate! Once the IV bag was finished, he asked how I was feeling to ensure I was feeling better. I was feeling much better and just wanted to fall asleep. The nurse quickly packed up and cleaned up any packaging from the IV/Meds while I completed payment and paperwork. The total for one bag of saline with three medications and a $20 tip came to $300 even. The nurse thanked me and wished me well for the rest of my time in Las Vegas. Money well spent when you feel like death and don't want to ruin your trip in Las Vegas! I would highly recommend these folks to anyone in Las Vegas who is sick, dehydrated, and/or hungover! The care is competent and extremely compassionate. I love the fact I was able to call at 12am and have a nurse in my room in under an hour. I had one too many cocktails at Señor Frogs' Drag Show Brunch on a Saturday morning, and was still hungover on Sunday morning. I knew I wouldn't be able to get on the plane in a few hours still feeling like I was, so I researched some IV drip services and decided on reset IV. I needed someone to come to my hotel room- no way I was well enough to go to a clinic. I tried booking an appointment online through the mobile site but it got a bit confusing, so I decided to just call. The guy answered the phone on the first ring and was very nice. Stephanie was dispatched to my location less than a minute later! She gave me a quick call to confirm my hotel and room number. She knocked on the door about 25 minutes later, which was way faster than it would have taken to get to a medical center. She was very professional, non-judgmental, she used sterile procedures, and got the IV in on the first try. My blood pressure was very low and my heart rate was high when she first arrived, and both had gone back to normal after the IV. She made great small talk, but was completely understanding when I said that talking was making me more nauseous and I'd prefer to stay quiet. Great communication throughout the whole procedure- couldn't have asked for a better experience (given the circumstances). Best part- I was well enough to get on my flight a few hours later!
