My boyfriend and I used Reset IV's services back in May after I had graduated from college and was going to EDC. Sorry if this review is a little overdue. This was both of our first times doing IV. When I was looking up IV's online to go to, I saw Reset IV's ad and a promo they were doing during EDC. I decided to sign up to be contacted it to learn more about it. Then not too long after, I receive a text from a representative about the offer. I really appreciate being able to text since I wasn't able to call during that time due to being in class. I was able to get all of my questions and concerns answered and made an appointment for when I would be in Vegas. In Vegas, before our appointment, some personal matters had come up that was going to prevent us from getting IV's that day. I had texted our situation and received a call from one of their reps. The guy on the phone was super nice and accommodating to us to where were still able to get our IV's later that day. You could tell these people really cared about others and this alone already made me love them. They sent a text when they would be on their way and a nurse met us at our hotel room. I loved how this was a mobile service bcs to be honest, we were beat tired from EDC and we were getting the IV the afternoon before day 3. I forgot his name, but we had a male nurse who was very nice and gentle with getting the IV's in us. We put on the TV and all chatted a bit. Ridiculousness was on the TV, so we had some good laughs with people doing stupid stuff on short clips. Everything was done in about 30 mins and we were able to do it in the comforts of our hotel beds! Overall, I would definitely recommend RESET IV to anyone who plans on getting IV in Vegas! It was a great experience and I felt super energized and ready for the rest of the day. The next day, felt a lot easier to recover from partying the night before. I had always been hesitant to get an IV for a hangover but I am so glad that I finally did!! I ordered online and my nurse (Candice) called to let me know she would be here in twenty minutes. She was right on time, and she is such a sweetheart!!! The process was very comfortable, and she explained to me the different add ons I could upgrade to if I wanted extra vitamins. Feel like Reset IV saved my life. I got food poisoning at a theme park on universal property. I somehow made it back on the bus to find n wheelchair waiting to help. Finally made it to the Uber and to the medical facility associated with Universal Medical Concierges. We ended up waiting for the wheelchair again to get us to the car, nope- didn't happened AGAIN- Uber took us there- waited almost an hour - left STILL in pain because they administered anti-nausea medication but would not give tramadol for horrible pain because only a PA on staff. Ubered back to find the Portofino Hotel once again could not find their wheelchair. But this tine- I was so dehydrated and sick that I was starting to see stars in my peripheral vision and knew passing out from heat, dehydration, vomitting etc...was the next step I asked for the IV FROM THE BEGINNING I was promised over the phone when I first made the call, They then informed me they didn't do them- SOOOO ALLLL UNIVERSAL CONCIERGE MEDICINE WAS A WASTE OF TIME! I got that lovely time of the month this am and I have been feeling very nauseous and throwing up all morning. I was able to get some Zofran from my primary but I was still not feeling well. I was dehydrated and having headaches and cramps I started researching iv drip therapy places and came across this company. I needed someone to get to me as soon as possible and I made my appointment at 630pm and Janell got to my place around 730. After a night of liquid libations I woke up feeling not so hot and even worse as the day progressed. I researched the "miracle" hangover cure businesses online. After seeing one business that posted video of an IV going in, I decided against it. After about an hour I was desperate and didn't want to feel terrible all day, I had my husband call Reset IV.
