I am in shock right now. I'm almost afraid to share this post because I don't want to jinx things. But this is so important for people that suffer from chronic migraine that I feel I need to share it. I have suffered from migraines for over three decades. But I've suffered from chronic migraines for half of that time. Finally over the last few years Dr h prescribed sumatriptan daily. It dropped my migraines down significantly. But I was still dealing with the constant onset as well as a full week down with severe migraine. That's with taking sumatriptan every day and two a day for when a severe migraine hits. It was the only way I could function and work. The pharmacist at Dr Henderson's office recommended I start taking vitamin B2. I was skeptical but I decided to listen and do what she said. I ordered vitamin B2, with magnesium and riboflavin. I got it on Amazon. It took about 2 months which was two full bottles but I'm happy to say it has been over a week and I have not had to take one sumatriptan nor have I had a migraine. It has been over three decades since I've had more than one sumatriptan as backup. I have 10. I'm literally in shock that this has worked as well as it has. I am so grateful to the pharmacist Dr Benjamin I think is her name. So if you suffer from chronic migraine, contact Dr Henderson's office and they will fix you right up. Total scam. They don't check your medical history nor records before treating patients. I was tricked into spending over $6k on excessive peptide injection protocol that has nothing to do with the source of my pain. They knew from day one that I had a marathon coming and decided to give me PRP by hip without informing me of the PRP recovery time, which completely messed up my training plan. It was also beyond disturbing that they do not use ultrasound device as guidance to give me these injections left and right, they just eye ball everything and poked. I have gone to many pain management facilities before and this was never the case. I canceled my marathon to just do a half. After that, I went to another stem cell clinic that sat down with me for over an hour (free consultation) to study my entire medical history, before treating me with injections left and right mindlessly. This is the proper, professional way. This new stem cell medical center found out the source of my pain was rooted from L3-5 herniated discs. I was given stem cell therapy that cost $2k LESS, and it completely fixed and healed me. I ran the Big Bear Marathon couple weeks ago pain-free. I regret ever coming to Regenerative Medical Group and trusting them until this day. $6k lost to this unprofessional and disorganized team and the doctors here refused to take responsibility for their lack of knowledge. SO CONFUSED AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! My daughter (26) had covid a year ago and has been experiencing memory loss, cognitive issues, and brain fog for about 6 months now (Symptoms of post-covid) along with her A.D.D. issues she's had most of her life also. I had heard about Dr. Bryn Henderson and this place from a person getting immunotherapy there and other programs they offer so I scheduled her an appointment. (She's extremely busy with work so it was a big deal for me to get her in there to begin with). Our first appointment with Dr. Henderson was nice, I guess. He listened to all her concerns and said to have a blood test ($? I think it's going thru insurance so I don't know how much yet) and to do a Brain Mapping exam ($340) which she did. We then went for our follow-up appointment yesterday. He quickly went over her labs, which all looked fine and normal. Then going over the brain mapping, it all looked fine except she needed to get better quality of sleep and suggested taking BENADRYL every night!!!!!!!!! That's it. WOW!!! ARE YOU EFF-ING SERIOUS???!!!!! I explained I was hoping for a more natural approach like maybe melatonin, valarian root, something other than over the counter drugs! He then got frustrated and brought in a Pharmacist VIA SKYPE through a monitor to discuss other options which she recommended 5-HTP and melatonin. That's it! I was so shocked and confused as their website says they promote a "holistically healthy lifestyle" and offer Brain Training and Sleep Wellness Programs which NO ONE explained or offered! The place seemed busy but extremely unorganized as we were left for a while not knowing where to go and what to do next. I have gone there as soon as my Medicare kicked in.. I have no copays and I am extremely happy with all they've done and are doing.. my plantars fasciitis has been terrible for two years and with Kaiser I was only offered steroid injections.. I now see Leo for Kinesiology treatments and just did my first MSK (PRP) injections.. Ann Lee was so gentle and it was not bad at all.. they suggested a pain IV before the treatment since I was getting a blood draw .. so it actually is only vitamins and magnesium which was an amazing relaxing affect. After hearing about great care (from a staff member), I was excited to work through health concerns at regenerative health. I began appointments months ago and have yet to be treated for anything. After being heavily tested, scanned, and revealing multiple issues that need medical attention, the doctor doesn't remember you (or your symptoms) each visit..each appointment..week after week... 0 progress, effort, or care has been made by the doctors here, only a 'we will figure it out next week- at your next appointment' attitude. This has kept me going back for months, with absolutely no help or treatment done. The one thing Dr. Henderson did, was instruct a Vitamin B IV. After sitting in the chair 45mins with the drip in my arm, and paying out of pocket, I sat up to feel my arm+chair wet, and the needle was completely leaking all of the fluid the entire time. Due to the IV being poorly inserted into my arm. I was very disappointed. The nurse only shrugged. I was instructed to get bloodwork done, so they could actually begin treating me. The doctor then forgot, or simply didnt send it to me. Leaving me hanging once again. Don't go here. Went in for 2 visits. Between the two visits, my original doctor left the practice and I was moved to Dr. Henderson. After reviewing my blood test results (which had the wrong guidelines, since my DOB was incorrectly entered by almost 40 years), Dr Henderson very literally threw medicine at me. Billed my insurance for everything from a psych visit to diet consult (literally the only thing said was "maybe we'll talk about your diet next time). I'm now in billing hell, because they kept insisting my health insurance was dental (I don't even have dental through Cigna), and their billing department (outsourced) can't keep their story straight regarding whether they called the insurance or not and whether a claim was filed or not. In the meantime, because of everything they're billing, I'm out $300(?????????) After ALL of this, and providing my insurance to their billing department multiple times, AND following up with my own insurance... they send me to collections. Hahahahaahahahah. A+++ Dr Henderson is a literal life saver! He's very knowledgeable. It's clear that he has had a tremendous amount of experience in the medical field. The other staff are amazing as well. My father started receiving IV treatment to aid in his recovery after suffering a major stroke. After the first few conversations I had with Dr Henderson, I immediately made him my Primary Doctor. In 2018, my father suffered a potentially fatal stroke. A close friend of our family, who also suffered a stroke, had referred us to Dr Henderson due to the successful treatment he received. At the end of 2019, my father received his first round of stem cells at Regenerative Medical Group. He has received IVs to help his overall brain health, brain training, and physical therapy twice a week since then. When my father started seeing Dr Henderson, he still needed a wheelchair to get around. Now, he is able to walk up the stairs with no assistance. One of the most prominent symptoms my father had since suffering the stroke was constant vertigo. He also lost his ability to read, one of his biggest hobbies. Earlier this year, we decided to do another round of stem cells. Got an SOT here in early 2020. The SOT didn't have an effect on me unfortunately. During the consult Ann barely wanted to answer my questions and if she did it was with one word or two. Maybe she knew SOT is not effective and she just wanted to get me in and out? When I was receiving the SOT infusion the nurse who tried to start my IV catheter messed up and there was blood everywhere. I had Ann do the IV on the other arm. During the procedure Ann left the room to take a phone call and my blood went back into the IV which is not make or break but the doctor should stay by your side during a procedure. 2 stars. 1) SOT did not work 2) Lack of communication during first visit 3) Failed first IV attempt 3) Dr leaves to take phone call during procedure. When I went into the office, I was told the IV was for pain & inflammation but not told what it actually consisted of. The IV did nothing to improve the problem in my knee. I tried contacting Jorn privately & my messages were ignored and deleted without any response. I'm posting for everyone else to be careful. Jorn is a scam artist, a liar, and very manipulative. My experience here was warm and inviting. The owner Dr.Henderson seems passionate about healing his patients. The staff is supportive and kind in orange the location where I was at. I am not a fan of tele health as I feel it's impersonal and hard to connect without physically being present. I appreciate doctors who hug a patient and know that healing takes action not words. Too many doctors are focused on money and don't pay staff well. This is why the healthcare system is broken. It's a team effort many practices only pay the doctors well and short the staff who is often over worked. Doctors who break the mold heal and also take good care of a loyal staff are far and few between. So far my expectations as a patient was met. The doctor cares which is a big plus. I'm a fan of non traditional medicine and holistic healing. I support western medicine and it's place but will always try a more natural approach. First off where to begin? I made a simple tele- appointment to get a refill on my prescription. I guess appointments are all done over the phone or computer now. So, due to technical difficulties on their end, I had to reschedule my appointment for the next day 9:00 a.m. probably the first appointment of the day. Never heard anything. Called the call center many times telling them it was a simple yet important conversation I needed to have with the doctor. Did not hear back the entire day and had to call back at the end of the day and the call center was again baffled. They asked if I wanted another appointment made 5 days later. 5 days! I'm tempted to tell them that my cancellation policy is 24 hours and you've missed it twice. I don't know what is going on at their office or what kind of technical difficulties could disable you from not using a phone. I run a business myself and if this happened it'd be a catastrophe it affects the the client. These are supposedly medical professionals. What an amazing deal. I had PRP in Florida and it was $750 and they took 2 vials of blood and spun it down and extracted the PRP. At Regenerative Medical Group, they took 6 vials, spun them all down and then separated the plasma and reaping them. This process returns much cleaner PRP and I had 3x as much as the $750 place. I had heard great things about Dr. Henderson and decided to pay a visit. I did food allergy testing and was advised on other services, all of which would be covered by my insurance. I received the results of the allergy testing, which was not very clear. There were numbers with a greater than/equal to or less than/equal to symbol, but no ranges. When I questioned what that meant, he said, "Don't worry, it will all be clear after your brain training." I had my brain mapped and began the brain training. A month later, I receive a bill for over $600 for the food allergy testing. I call and talk to different people, but get nowhere. I had to raise my voice to get someone to try and help me. I was given a phone number to the billing department that sounds like a fax number, but it is just a number you can receive calls from. This is because the billing department is located in India, so they are difficult to get ahold of due to time zone differences. I finally talk to someone that can help me with my claim, about 6 months later. We go back and forth and he tells me they will submit the claim again. The claim is submitted again and it is denied again, because it is submitted the same way it was on my first visit. Through all of this, it took me arguing with them for six months to finally get a valid reading of my food allergy testing. I still have a denied claim because my insurance says the test is "experimental." My problem now is that they are either lying about what is covered, or they are careless. The lab is sent to an external source, and that is where the bill is generated. I am now being told that they cannot tell what will and will not be covered. How can a doctor's office not know what is covered. If you decide to go, be sure to use your time wisely and call your insurance for each service to see if it is covered before you approve it. If you have lab work, be sure you have each and every code for each test ordered. Every code must be provided, because they cannot be bothered to look that up. But they have no problem offering tit for tat type of services. It looks like there have been some great progress with terminal illnesses. That's great and maybe I should not complain since I am relatively healthy. I just wish there was more transparency with what is covered and what is not. The problem is, there is no one in the billing department that is physically present in the office. read more

Let's face it, i am 100% sure i have a higher education and could probably do her job with my eyes closed, so she needs to get a clue- Lydia, you answer phones and make appointments... you're not the doctor! I started going here YEARS ago when I was in high school, so we we are talking since 1998. I saw Dr. Pecchia for many many years, however he has moved to a different area of medicine and now it is Dr. Henderson. Dr. Henderson was super helpful last year with my elective surgery and got it fully covered with my help and research, thank you for that! Unfortunately, the last few times i've called I have had the WORST experience and after 15 years.... i changed my primary doctor today!!! My sister has also had a similar experience as Larry U.... so I am not sure about the practice overall. This practice has completely left customer service behind when they shifted this place to new management and doctors. I would stay clear and pick a different doctor. I've been a patient for Drs. Henderson & Rutledge at their Upland facility for 2 years. The service at Telehealth has been top-notch. It's been easy to get appointments and they use Zocdoc. My only suggestion js that if you make an appointment in Zocdoc, confirm the appointment after you book it. They can do the lab work in house, although some tests get outsourced. Just make sure the services are all submitted within your insurance network, in order to save yourself grief. Sometimes, the doctors will try to promote brain mapping services. That may be be a valid for some patients, but I chose to decline. Just make sure your insurance covers it. I plan on coming back here again. I think there is another doctor who speaks Spanish, and all the nurses are fluent if that helps. Dr. Henderson also has a law degree which helps facilitate the billing process, I think. read more
