On June 7th, I brought a friend who was visiting from Washington to get IV therapy with me. We were offered a private room, and the staff was attentive at the start of our visit. However, after our second IV bags were connected, neither of us was checked on again. Both my friend and I fell asleep during treatment. I eventually woke up because I needed to use the restroom and pressed the call button multiple times before someone responded. When the nurse came in, she noticed my IV bag was empty and so was my friends . Once the lights were turned on, I could see a significant amount of blood had backflowed into the tubing approximately 12 inches from my arm. When the IV was disconnected, blood also got onto the pillow beneath my arm. I was told this was "normal" and the situation was laughed off, which left me feeling uneasy. After speaking with a nurse friend, I learned that while the blood backflow itself is generally not harmful, it can happen when an IV bag is allowed to run dry and isn't disconnected promptly. What concerns me most is not the blood in the tubing, but that neither of us was checked on after the second bag was hung. Had I not repeatedly pressed the call button, I'm not sure how much longer we would have been left unattended. I've always had wonderful experiences here, which is why this stood out so much. My hope is that this feedback helps improve monitoring, especially for guests placed in private rooms. A simple check-in and a more professional response would have gone a long way.

More extreme measures needed to be taken. I found PurIVy on yelp and decided I would give it a try. Peeling myself off the couch, I made it there and was suggested the Meyers IV. During the process, I was explained each step before anything was performed. There was such care taken by the team and I felt so comfortable the whole time. I was able to choose a movie to watch on Netflix, in which I chose "Big George Foreman". The entire process was about 45 minutes. I would highly suggest going there if sick or simply looking to rejuvenate your body. 5/5 stars!

Zero bedside manner with an empty waiting room. He got it out after telling me they "might not have the tools for that here." It had happened just a few hours before, it wasn't a case for the ER. The best part is that it was fast because it was relatively empty, besides that it would have been worth driving to a further urgent care.

I made an appointment today at 1 for 2:30 because they told me they closed at 3:30. I arrived at 2:10 pm and the office was closed. I sent texts and got an automated response. I called another number they have for general questions, not for appointments, and a woman told me they closed at 2:30 pm today. I told her I made an appointment at 2:30, arrived early, it was closed. I stopped doing other things to be there, and she just said, do you want an appointment for Thursday?" Of course not. You can't even speak with a representative on the phone. That system is terrible and very inconvenient. Now I'll look for another place to go that offers the same services, but be organized and take responsibility.
