More extreme measures needed to be taken. I found PurIVy on yelp and decided I would give it a try. Peeling myself off the couch, I made it there and was suggested the Meyers IV. During the process, I was explained each step before anything was performed. There was such care taken by the team and I felt so comfortable the whole time. I was able to choose a movie to watch on Netflix, in which I chose "Big George Foreman". The entire process was about 45 minutes. My partner and I waited for the doctor and when he came in he was rude and dismissive, said "I doubt it" when I said I was wearing shoes when it happened, which was true. Zero bedside manner with an empty waiting room. He got it out after telling me they "might not have the tools for that here." It had happened just a few hours before, it wasn't a case for the ER. The best part is that it was fast because it was relatively empty, besides that it would have been worth driving to a further urgent care.

[Frankly, his frail ego can't handle the fact that someone gave him a 1-star review, and now he's become unhinged; Updating, editing, and reposting lies about me several times a day. This type of behavior seems indicative of narcissistic personality disorder.] This is not only grossly unethical, but it's, also, illegal. I made an appointment today at 1 for 2:30 because they told me they closed at 3:30. I arrived at 2:10 pm and the office was closed. I sent texts and got an automated response. I called another number they have for general questions, not for appointments, and a woman told me they closed at 2:30 pm today. I told her I made an appointment at 2:30, arrived early, it was closed. I stopped doing other things to be there, and she just said, do you want an appointment for Thursday?" Of course not. You can't even speak with a representative on the phone. That system is terrible and very inconvenient. Now I'll look for another place to go that offers the same services, but be organized and take responsibility.

I don't have to deal with razor burns from shaving and I don't have to shave every other day. Kelly was very knowledgeable and she made me feel so comfortable. I was a little scared at first because I know laser do burn your skin and was afraid of the pain. Kelly made sure to numb me prior to the session which helped so much! My armpits are so clean and smooth nowadays lol. I'm coming back to get the facial with her and I cannot wait. She also does Botox and fillers if you guys are interested.
