Why have hours of operation if you close early. Website says open until 5 and they are closing at 130.

I used this service while out visiting family in Corona, CA. I called a few others before calling…read morehere and they were wanting me to wait until the end of day for someone to come out. I was experiencing hangover symptoms so obviously there would be no point in booking unless it was within a few hours. I was amazed and excited to find out that they had an opening to come within the hour. I chose the $300 service for the "Hangover" drip which includes certain vitamins and meds focused on hangovers specifically. While booking over the phone I was asked if I wanted to add an extra gratuity to the card before the service even began which caught me completely off guard and in my opinion is a little inappropriate since the service had not even began. However, I left a fair tip because I was not sure if the nurse could see it before hand and at the end of the day she will be injecting a needle into me lol. This was my least favorite part of the experience. Once the nurse arrived it seemed as if she was contracted by another company of mobile nurses because I received an email from what seemed like a company that sends out travel nurses. Not sure if this company actually has nurses working for the Drip Hydration or if they have an actual business setting you can go to. Regardless I was happy to see her. I am very patient and I could see there was a language and cultural barrier. She kinda just walked in the house and started scoping everything out without saying anything. I was trying to direct her to a room where I wanted to relax while she performed the service but she started speaking to herself in her language and just looking around. She was Vietnamese but I am a patient man and I also look at both sides of the coin. I realize that she was trying to find out the perfect place to do her job and maybe has a different communication style and that is ok. Even though I was thrown off, I was patient. Sometimes it's hard to figure someone else out and their culture from both sides but I am empathic and realize that she also is stepping into the unexpected every time she enters a strangers home. I stayed pretty quiet, offered her some water and made her feel at ease and that is when she started being more friendly and actually opening up a lot. She gave me great advice and actually advised me to go to the hospital if I was not feeling any better as most of her patient with this issue get better within 20-30 minutes into receiving the IV. Overall I had a really good experience and also wanted to share as a lesson for everyone else to be patient with a language or cultural barrier. I am a patient and empathetic man but I can only imagine what she has to deal with especially in this area. I would use this service again. Thank you.

She asked me several times about it. If you're working checking in clients wouldn't you have that information on your computer screen, asking multiple times is dumb. I reserved my services for one specific IV service and was constantly pushed for more services. I just came for what I want, telling me I need this and that is really obnoxious and overwhelming. The "nurse" that placed the IV had NO GLOVES on‼ She also removed the IV with no gloves‼. Lastly since I didn't buy into their upselling so the "doctor" was complaining out loud in another area of the place about it and also their friendliness didn't extend to my leaving. Overall I wouldn't go again. They push to upsell so hard and they are not sanitary enough to wear gloves.

Drove back here and one of the doctors I met back in September of 2025 told me that it's a mild allergic reaction to amoxicillin because it's kind of a common one. I was shocked and gave her that "are you deadass look"? She wasn't joking. Another doctor came in and he took a look at the allergic reaction I had. It wasn't severe or anything. He took a sample from my throat to see if it was anything else. He was really reassuring.

I've been coming to this urgent care since around 2020 and have been a returning patient over the years. Until now, I've never had a reason to complain and have generally had positive experiences. This visit, however, was very disappointing. I scheduled what was advertised as an "appointment" through the urgent care's website, expecting that my reserved time would reduce my wait. After arriving, checking in, and waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist about the delay. I was then told that the appointment doesn't actually begin until you physically check in at the clinic, meaning patients are essentially placed into the same queue as walk-ins. What concerns me most is that this information was not made clear when I scheduled online. Instead, the explanation was provided only after I arrived at the clinic through a notice at check-in. In my opinion, that's too late. If an online "appointment" does not reserve a specific place in line or appointment time, that should be clearly disclosed on the website before patients book--not after they've already taken time out of their day to come in. To me, advertising an appointment system without clearly explaining how it actually works is misleading. Patients reasonably expect that an appointment reserves a time for them. If the process is really first come, first served after check-in, that should be communicated upfront so people can make an informed decision. Many people choose urgent care instead of the emergency room because they want timely care for non-emergency issues. A scheduling system that functions like a walk-in line defeats that purpose and creates unnecessary frustration. As someone who has been a loyal, returning patient for years, this experience has unfortunately changed my opinion of this clinic. Because of this policy and the lack of transparency, I no longer feel comfortable returning. It's disappointing to say, but they have lost my business. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect, and I sincerely hope the clinic improves its communication by being honest and transparent about how its scheduling process actually works. Patients deserve accurate information before they book an appointment--not after they've already arrived.
