Usually I avoid the Dr., but I am happy to go see her. To start, she is like Dr. House, from that old TV show. She walked in and seemed to already know what was going on from me....and not from my chart. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable about anything Biology, and does a lot more than Western Medicine. Here's what you want to know. The minute I left I was thinking of all my friends and family that I want to have see Dr. Harding. She spends a lot of time with you to discover everything bothering you. When she is done, she will have many recommendations for you. It may be vitamin and health related, and not just a prescription. Note: plan on going on a day when you have plenty of time. I was with her over 3 hours. If you can't wait that long, take the day off. If that doesn't work, you can go to another Dr that will have you in and out in minutes, along with a new prescription.

Always answers our questions leisurely, the kids love her, and we can usually see her upon short notice or else her associates see us - also good. Her nurse practitioner, Joan Hofer, is outstanding. My insurance no longer covers routine physicals, which the baby still has often, and Dr. Eckberg was cool enouh to reduce her fee which really helped. Nice nurses and receptionists (great phone skills!). You never feel like you're talking with clock-watchers.

One lady was telling a patient you need to make payment, it's asking for you to pay. It's in collection-loud enough for all to hear! Everyone can hear everything the receptionists are saying. It's terrible. Why don't they have dividers at a desk where you can sit down and talk privately to the receptionist instead of a big open room where you can hear everything? I think you could probably be having a heart attack and nobody would do anything. I'm going to have to find a new practice. Small one, not this corporate type healthcare.

The wait time in her office is not long either and you're seen close to your appointment time. She has referred me to specialists when needed as well. I've only seen Becky once when Dr Barb was unavailable and my experience was good with her. Dr Barb was my dad's physician and went above and beyond for him especially the week he passed. I cannot say enough good things about her and how much she helped him and us near the end of his life.

They want me to also drive more than 40 miles next week, because the infusion clinic I normally go to is closed, to get the medication which would mean I would need to take a day off of work Thanksgiving week when we are not able to take days off and with no notice. Was told I didn't need moisturizer if I have oily skin. Which she should know that washing your face and not moisturizing afterward will cause even oilier skin. She also suggested Accutane just for oily skin. o.0 During the mole check, she managed to make me feel like cattle, doing a once over then flipping me over real quick. Pretty sure it was a glance. This woman is the most insensitive, impersonal doctor I've ever come in contact with. One time here was enough. This whole clinic is a joke.
