I contacted them and they provided a quote without visiting the property. I accepted the quote. When the work was done you couldn't tell anything different about the gutters or downspouts. I emailed them and was told they would be out to look at it. It's been over two months and there has been no follow-up. My point is, had they done an onsite visit and advised they can't get the gutters and downspouts clean I wouldn't have had the work done.

I paid a total of 3,000 for hepa vac, fungicidal clean, fog attic, and soffit panel installation. I continued to have respiratory issues and went back into the attic to find the mold I had remediated less than two months ago was worse than before I hired them. The mold was never cleaned or hepa vacuumed off. It seems that they just sprayed and left. They also shoved insulation into the soffit holes they just drilled which prevented air flow and therefore caused more mold to grow. The company is so unprofessional, you continuously need to call them to follow up and their mailbox is always full. They did not care at all when I called multiples times to have them reinspect the work they completed. I hired another mold remediation company who confirmed the work done was poorly done and mold was not hepa vac as they indicated they would do on my invoice. I now have to pay another company to remediate the mold in our attic again. The owner is negligent and unprofessional. I would never recommend using this company.

Declined to fix the line when a quote was requested claiming he didn't have a hitch post on his truck to tow an excavator to reconnect it. (Sewer coupling was about 12" below grade) and his truck with the hitch was acting up. Didn't have a recommendation for another service to solve the problem when asked for referral. Not prepared to provide anything more than the most basic service on this $75.00 call.
