Michael and Chris came prepared with a 16' ladder for the fan. Long story short, after numerous tries to repair, the fan needed to be replaced. They left to do another job so I had time to get a new fan. They came back as promised and replaced the fan. It was tested several times before they left. The wiring for the guest room light switch needed to be installed. Michael knew what they needed to do right away and got it done. I did have an appt originally scheduled for last month and they had to call that morning to cancel as someone was sick. I understood, but I was unhappy as I was home that day. One said they would have to cut drywall from floor to ceiling and we would have to patch it. Reuben quoted much better rates and he only cut what he needed to cut to install new panel. He cleaned up all his drywall mess and re labeled the new panel. He used the same panel everyone else quoted so he didn't use cheaper materials. He had power back on to the A/C in about 3 hrs then restored the rest of the house. We really appreciated his efforts with a new baby in the house and the house didn't get too uncomfortable. 5 Stars for quick and efficient outdoor lighting for our backyard, including hanging string lights…read more My buddy, Cory, recommended we call Switch Phase for our outdoor lighting needs as we were getting the landscaping redone and wanted to make sure it looked great day or night. We called and had them come out to see the raw space and give us an estimate on what we were looking for. Once we decided to go with them, they were very good about scheduling to come and install the wires at the right time before the full landscaping was laid down and they installed a switch into our garage to so that we could hook it up to our home automation. I was impressed with every step of the job, especially how they built the stand for the string lights and made sure they were professionally installed in a way that looks like it'll last a long time! Overall, we are thrilled with the results (see pic) and will definitely have them back for some outdoor fans and other electrical needs. Super impressed!
