It started with a pin hole leak last year which they came the next day and replaced the pipe. They also found another pin hole drip and other areas that were corroding through and recommended I consider replacing all the lines within the next year. I was suspect of the pipes, with the house being 30+ years old but had been putting it off, so it wasn't a surprise. I have just now had them come back and replace almost all copper except a few ends where bathroom tile would need to be broken. They mentioned that the main lines, especially hot water were the worst and that the end of the lines would last longer. Their recommendation was to replace the ends whenever the bathroom is reno'd. I appreciate this trade-off as it saves me a lot of $$$, time and mess to not have to fix the bathrooms right now. I was very happy with the price. As well, I'd like to add that they were here at 8:00 every day and stayed till at least 4pm. And last but not least, they recommended a dry waller who is taking care of the patching. If there's one thing I have a hard time dealing with, even more so than mediocre or poor service, is being ignored. I worked in customer service for many years, and IMO, there's nothing worse than a company dropping the ball and ignoring their customers. If they're busy, just say so, so the client can seek out help elsewhere. If they don't know the answer to the problem or are unsure if they can commit to the job, just say so. I am honest and direct with people and I expect the same in return. There's nothing worse than being ignored, and waiting for calls from companies that never come. That's what happened with this company when I reached out to them this past October, when I had a leaking sink. I texted and left a voice message for Rick, (I left a few messages, actually), and he eventually did call back, apologizing for the delay, saying he was crazy busy. He asked me to send him photos of the sink's hardware and valves, which I did, and I said I really wanted this sink fixed before December, when my kids are in town for the holidays. He never got back to me. I left a voice message again and another two emails, saying hey, if he's too busy for this job, please let me know so I can find and hire another plumber. Just let me know. He never got back to me. My kids are now in town and, you guessed it, my sink is again leaking (after being okay for a few weeks, when I just tested it a few times before the kids visited) and I now even have some water damage (just caused in the past few days). I still think this company is great, if you have a big job I'm sure Rick would prioritize it. And they really do great work. But if you have a smaller scale job, I'm not sure you'd even get a call back. Even if you're a returning customer.

I would recommend to be clear with them on expectations of quality. multiple parts of our installation ate left unfinished and left with easy access for rodents to enter home and garage. once they got their final payment it has been a hassle to get them back to fix issue. the finish quality is poor. if you use them be sure to with hold funds til all work is complete. be clear where you want placement of all components as if not they put them in wherever they want and you will come home to a surprise placement of the component.
